New coronavirus cases were reported Wednesday in Lynn, Lynnfield, Peabody, Revere and Swampscott.
In Lynn, 18 new cases were reported to bring the city’s caseload to 15,635. Of that total, 293 cases are active, 195 people have died, and 15,147 have recovered from the virus, according to city data.
Lynnfield reported nine new cases, which brings its total numbers to 1,029 cases and 29 deaths, according to the town website.
In Peabody, 17 new cases have been reported since Monday. The city has 6,254 cases, 294 people have died, and 5,543 have recovered, the health department reported.
Twenty-one new cases were reported in Revere to bring the city’s numbers to 9,638 cases and 149 deaths, the city website said.
An additional case was reported in Swampscott, which now has 948 cases and 19 deaths, according to the town website.
Numbers remained the same in Nahant (223 cases, six deaths) and were not updated in Marblehead, Salem or Saugus.
As of Monday, Salem had 4,082 cases and 74 deaths and Saugus had 3,549 cases and 65 deaths. Marblehead had 1,169 cases and 31 deaths as of last Friday.
