A caller reported at 6:26 p.m. Monday that he was behind a vehicle on Pleasant and Lafayette streets and believed that the driver was impaired. The vehicle was traveling slowly and almost caused two collisions.

A report of an assault and battery at 6:11 a.m. Tuesday at Gaeta’s Shell & Citgo at 14 Newbury St. A caller reported a man was assaulted.
Complaints
A caller reported that two peacocks were off of their owner’s property, 278 Forest St., at 1:56 p.m. Monday. Police advised the owner that the peacocks were loose and asked him to fetch his birds. The owner was also told to ensure that the birds did not leave his property in the future.
A report of a road rage incident at 8:04 p.m. Monday at PetSmart. A caller reported a gun was brandished during an altercation he had with another driver on Route 114 eastbound. He said the other driver who showed the gun was in a black Jeep Grand Cherokee with tinted windows and no plates.

A caller reported at 8:45 a.m. Monday a BMW was parked outside of his house with its lights on for two hours. Police reported that the vehicle was not occupied and the lights appear to have been left on accidentally.
A caller reported at 2:42 p.m. Monday that they witnessed an individual dump property behind Roller World on 425 Broadway. The individual was contacted and returned to Roller World to pick up the property.
