Jamaine Howell, 35, of 365 Massachusetts Ave., was arrested at 6:38 p.m. Tuesday on charges of armed robbery, assault and battery, assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest.
Charles McCarthy, 25, was arrested at 9:22 p.m. Monday on charges of shoplifting by asportation.
Aaron Nunez, 22, of 39 Memorial Park Ave., was arrested at 1:51 p.m. Tuesday on charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Arrest
Jeffrey Edward Luszcz, 32, of 47 Warren St., Salem was arrested at 5:41 p.m. Sunday on a charge of using a motor vehicle without authority.
Complaints
A caller reported a driver who appeared to be drunk on Pleasant Street at 11:25 a.m. Saturday.
A Pickett Street caller reported at 1:05 p.m. Saturday that somebody had dumped greenery in her garden. The caller reported that she didn’t want to deal with the greenery and requested that the officers take the dumped plants to a transfer station.
A man called to report that he had found a bone on the beach at 1:48 p.m. Sunday on Ocean Avenue.
Fraud
A Garfield Street caller reported at 5:05 p.m. Monday that they had received a call from someone who identified themselves as “the Mexican Mafia,” seeking ransom money for her daughter. The caller spoke to her daughter, learned it was a scam and did not comply with their request.
Theft
An individual walked into the station at 10:10 a.m. Friday to report that a control from the dashboard of his vehicle had been stolen on Mount Vernon Street.
PEABODY
Accidents
A report of a motor vehicle crash at 1:31 p.m. Monday on Canterbury Drive. A woman walked into the station at 3:42 p.m. Monday to report that her vehicle was struck while parked in the lot of Stop & Shop on Howley Street.
Animal Control
Police received a report of a barking dog at 10:02 p.m. Monday on Aborn Street. The call was unfounded.
Complaints
A caller reported at 10:01 p.m. Monday that a man was looking into his car on Central Street. The person was advised to stop bothering the public.
An elderly woman called at 10:10 p.m. and 10:58 p.m. Monday to report she heard voices from her backyard on Basford Court. Dispatched officers checked the area and reported all was clear.
Police received a call at 1:08 a.m. Tuesday from a resident who reported someone may be tampering with his work van in his driveway on Aberdeen Avenue. Dispatched officers reported the problem was determined to be with an after-market alarm system due to inclement weather.
Fraud
A man reported at 10:37 a.m. Tuesday that someone had opened an UberEats account with his credit card information.
Thefts
Police received a report at 5 p.m. Monday of a stolen motor vehicle missing from the lot of BMW of Peabody on Andover Street. Police responded.
SAUGUS
Accidents
A report of a motor vehicle crash at 11:32 a.m. Monday in the area of Central Street; at 3:22 p.m. Monday on Walnut Street.
Police received a call from a woman at 8:55 p.m. Monday who reported her son, while operating a white Mercury Mariner, slid down the roadway of the YMCA and was stuck in a snowbank. Officers were dispatched for assistance.
Complaints
A caller reported at 3:57 a.m. Tuesday she witnessed a person looking through the window of her room at Avalon Motel on Broadway. Dispatched officers reported the person was gone upon their arrival.
Thefts
A caller at Macy’s department store on Broadway reported a shoplifting incident at 7:02 p.m. Monday.
