Instant Karma Yoga for Kids, a four-week program consisting of virtual classes via Zoom, will be held Mondays from 4:15-5 p.m. from Feb. 1-22. Children from ages 5-12 are eligible to participate.
Sharon Marrama, founder and owner of Here Comes the Sun Yoga, is the instructor. Each class includes an opening group-share, balanced breathing, five yoga poses and a class-ending peaceful, guided meditation with positive affirmations. The cost of the class is $75 per person.
The Minute to Win It Club with Lexi Buonfiglio begins Monday, Feb. 1. Participants will learn how to create materials from ordinary items around the house to be used in fun, physical competitive challenges. Participants will compete virtually against other members of the club in a thrilling Minute to Win It challenge.
