Tiana Cardona, 33, of 114 Lincoln Ave., Saugus, was arrested on a warrant charge of larceny from a building at 11:45 a.m. Tuesday. 

Theresa Deluca, 50, of 32 Union St., Woburn, was arrested and charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle, one-way street violation and OUI liquor at 10:17 p.m. Tuesday. 

Christopher Walker, 48, of 4 Elizabeth St., was arrested on a warrant charge of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 3:36 p.m. Tuesday. 


A report of a motor vehicle crash at 11:17 a.m. Tuesday at 501 Chestnut St.; at 11:35 a.m. Tuesday at 421 Broadway; at 1:50 p.m. Tuesday at 128 Brookline St.; at 9:45 a.m. Wednesday at 340 Western Ave.   

A report of a motor vehicle crash with personal injury at 1:45 p.m. Tuesday at 777 Lynnway.

A motor vehicle crash was reported at 11:04 a.m. Wednesday at 147 Summit St. and 0 Lynnfield St. Two people were taken to Salem Hospital. 


A report of an assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 5 p.m. Tuesday on N Common Street. 

A report of an assault at 11:05 a.m. Wednesday on Willow Street. 

Breaking and Entering 

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 5:55 p.m. Tuesday at Family Dollar at 140 Boston St. 


A report of an injured cop at 1:40 p.m. Tuesday on Surfside Road. 


A report of a larceny at 4:39 p.m. Tuesday at 65 Jenness St.; at 6:25 p.m. Tuesday at 25 Forest Hill Ave.; at 10:58 a.m. Wednesday at 46 Jefferson St.  

A report of a motor vehicle theft at 10:15 p.m. Tuesday at 35 Market Square; at 9:31 a.m. Wednesday at 295 Lynn Shore Drive.  




A caller reported at 11:03 a.m. Tuesday that a delivery truck became “hung up on a stump.” Bill’s towing arrived on the scene shortly afterwards.


A caller reported at 9:38 a.m. Tuesday that they had received a letter attempting to collect bills from her husband who passed away four years ago. She told police that she understood that the letter was a scam and will throw it away. 




A report of a motor vehicle crash at 12:40 p.m. Tuesday at 60 Aborn St.; at 1 p.m. Tuesday at 56 Washington St. and 5 Aborn St.; at 4:13 p.m. Tuesday at 52 Central St. and 2 Warren St. 


A report of vandalism at 3:02 p.m. Tuesday at 12 Howard St. A caller reported his vehicle was egged overnight in his driveway. The egg was washed off and there was no damage to the vehicle, but the caller wanted to inform police about the incident. 




Michael J. Talluto, 39, of 164 Ravenswood Road, Waltham, was arrested on a warrant at 9:47 a.m. Tuesday. 


A report of a motor vehicle crash at 11:07 a.m. Tuesday at The Paper Store at 214 Broadway; at 12:52 p.m. Tuesday at Bob’s Discount Furniture at 263 Broadway.
