A report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 5:24 p.m. Wednesday at 89 Washington St. A caller reported a vehicle had been parked outside of her residence for two weeks. Police reported the car was legally parked.
A report of unemployment fraud at 5:50 p.m. Wednesday at 8 Pine St.; at 6:02 p.m. Wednesday at Keefe Hall Condominiums at 210 Washington St.
Lahey Staff reported a man walked into Lahey Medical Center, 1 Essex Center Drive, with stab wounds at 6:34 p.m. Wednesday. The person told police the wounds were self-inflicted in the area of his Lynn residence. Staff reported the four wounds to his arm appeared to be defensive in nature. Lynn Police was notified.
A report of a disturbance at 9:15 p.m. Wednesday at 2213 Crane Brook Way. A caller reported a man with a hammer was chasing a woman. Frank S. Frazzica, 77, of 2203 Crane Brook Way, was summoned for criminal harassment.
Vandalism
A report of vandalism at 2:23 p.m. Thursday at Peabody Fire Department headquarters at 41 Lowell St. A caller reported the rug in his car was on fire. The caller claimed that someone threw something through his car window, which was slightly open, causing a fire. The fire department is investigating.

A report of suspicious activity at 6:46 p.m. Thursday at 1 Salem St. A caller reported someone tried to gain access to a residence, but was not successful. The person then got into his vehicle and left the area.
