Police received a report at 5:36 p.m. of an accident off of the Lynnway and Surfside Road. No injuries were reported.
Animal Control
A woman reported at 9:02 a.m. Sunday that there was a chocolate lab on her steps and she did not know who it belonged to. The caller later called back and stated the owner had picked up the dog.
Complaints
Police received a call at 11:41 p.m. Sunday from a woman who reported she could hear banging at her front door on Castle Road. A dispatched officer determined that storm wind was the culprit and helped secure the door.
PEABODY
Arrest
John Digiulio, 36, of 65 Whiting St., Lynn, was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a family/household member, intimidating a witness/juror/police/court official, strangulation or suffocation with serious bodily harm, and threat to commit a crime at 7:15 p.m. Monday.
Accidents
Police reported a pursuit after a black pickup truck traveling a high rate of speed was refusing to stop for officers on Lowell Street at 12:08 p.m. Monday. Police reported the vehicle stopped after losing two tires and catching fire in Lynnfield on Route 1 across from the Jeep dealership. Police reported the driver had to be helped out of the vehicle and was transported to Massachusetts General Hospital by medflight. Police said drugs were found inside of the vehicle. Robert L. Pingaro Jr., 44, of 111R Main St., Apt. 4, was summoned for failure to use care in start/stop/turn/back, speeding in violation of special regulations, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license subsequent offense, marked lanes violation, leaving the scene of property damage, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, and failure to stop for police.

Accidents
Police received a report at 1:08 p.m. Monday of a motor vehicle accident with non-fatal injuries on Essex Street.
Police received a call at 11:47 a.m. Monday from a woman who reported she was involved in a motor vehicle accident on Main Street with a black SUV that left the scene. A dispatched officer reported the suspect vehicle fled route one north with front end damage. State Police were notified.
Complaints
A caller on Stillings Road reported at 11:30 p.m. Monday that her landlord had barricaded the doors so she could not access the only usable exits in the home. She stated that they had been involved in an altercation earlier in the night. Officers were dispatched for more information.
Police received a report at 9:59 p.m. Monday of a possible domestic incident in the parking lot of Michael’s on Broadway. Dispatched officer requested an evaluation for the male party.
Police received a report from a woman on Stillings Road who reported her landlord was in her apartment and hitting her and destroying items in the apartment. Officers were dispatched for more information.
Fraud
A man walked into the station to report identity fraud at 1:03 p.m. Monday. Police took down a report.
