Daniel Breckinridge, 34, of 38 Neptune St., was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, trespassing, disguise to obstruct justice, and on warrant charges of receiving stolen property and larceny under $1,200 at 12:22 a.m. Thursday.

A caller reported at 4:20 p.m. Wednesday that she had fallen victim to a scam in which she sent money for a puppy which she never received, and that they are now requesting that she send more money.
PEABODY
Breaking and Entering
A resident reported at 11:05 p.m. Wednesday that someone opened her unlocked vehicle while it was parked on Dudley Circle and stole her wallet. She stated that the suspect, who was wearing a dark hoodie and jeans, fled on foot and her husband was looking for him. Officers were unable to locate the suspect.
Police received a report at 4:18 p.m. Wednesday of a car that was broken into overnight on Fay Ave.
A man reported at 3:05 p.m. Wednesday that someone broke into his vehicle and took a pair of sunglasses while it was parked at the Lowell Street apartments.
Complaints
Police received a call at 8:24 p.m. Wednesday from a party who was concerned about four males at Shaws Supermarket on Andover Street who were making comments about people’s clothes as they walked by. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate the suspicious parties.
A man walked into the station at 4:34 p.m. Wednesday to report harassment. An officer documented the incident.
Theft
A caller reported at 7:23 a.m. Thursday that money had gone missing from her bank account. The card was canceled and officers documented the incident.
Police received a call at 2:06 a.m. Thursday from a caller on Juniper Road who reported her brother had taken some of her belongings earlier in the evening. Officers documented the incident.
Vandalism
A caller at Westview Circle reported at 9:58 p.m. Wednesday that someone threw a rock and broke a window at his house. Police reported there were no suspects.
SAUGUS
Accidents
Lynn police reported at 10:27 p.m. Wednesday that they had reports of a motor vehicle accident with non-fatal injuries on Foxhill Bridge near the Salem turnpike. An officer was dispatched.
Complaints
At 9:56 p.m. Wednesday, security at Square One Mall on Broadway reported approximately nine cars were doing donuts in the parking lot. Dispatched officers cleared the vehicles out.
Police received a call at 9:34 p.m. Wednesday from a resident of Lincoln Ave. who believed someone was attempting to take the tires off his car. Dispatched officers reported speaking with the caller, who stated people were looking into his car.
Police received a call at 9:04 p.m. Wednesday from a woman who reported her neighbor was swearing and yelling at her children on Breakheart Road. An officer spoke with the parties, who agreed to stay away from one another.
Vandalism
A caller reported at 7:04 p.m. Wednesday that her catalytic converter was stolen off of her vehicle while it was parked on Founders Way. A dispatched officer took down a report.

A caller reported an injured turkey in their backyard on 51 Lexington Circle at 1:54 p.m. Wednesday. The ACO was notified.
Assault
A report of a nine-year-old child assaulting their mother at 2:51 p.m. Wednesday. The mother requested that their neighbor call the police to report the incident.
Fraud
A report of unemployment fraud from 849 Humphrey St. at 9:52 a.m. Wednesday.
Theft
Marshalls security reported a Spanish male in a black winter hat and black shirt cutting tags off items at 4:06 p.m. Wednesday.
