Stanley Kibacha, 47, of 11 Hamley St., was arrested and charged with drinking in public, violation of the city knife ordinance and Class B drug possession at 7:36 p.m. Tuesday.
Marco Roman, 24, of 36 Tudor St., was arrested and charged with conspiracy to violate the drug law and on warrant charges of two counts of larceny from a person, assault and battery, assault with a dangerous weapon, Class B drug possession, Class E drug possession, receiving a stolen motor vehicle, and operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 1:27 p.m. Tuesday.
Brenda Sanchez, 36, of 67 Silsbee St., was arrested and charged with Class A drug distribution and conspiracy to violate the drug law at 6:23 p.m. Tuesday.
Emmanuel Tamba, 26, of 139 Williams Ave., was arrested and charged with drinking in public at 7:59 p.m. Tuesday.

A caller reported that they witnessed a vehicle strike theirs in front of the CVS on Atlantic Avenue at 1:45 p.m. Tuesday. He was unable to obtain the license of the vehicle that struck his.

A caller reported that a student had fled at 8:59 a.m. Tuesday. This was the second time that the child had fled the building that day. He was returned to the custody of his foster parents.
