A report of unemployment fraud at 9:17 a.m. Sunday. A man in the lobby reported that he was notified that someone had filed for unemployment benefits under his name.
Harassment
A caller reported that she had been harassed all night by people yelling things out the window to her at 5:07 a.m. Monday.

Arrests
Anamaria B. Batista, 49, of 90 Shore Drive, Apt. 4D, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor third offense, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and operation of a motor vehicle with a revoked license as a habitual traffic offender at 6:01 p.m. Saturday.
Jenne Lynn Robertson, 38, of 430 Loring Ave., Apt. 2, Salem, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor and leaving the scene of property damage at 1:28 a.m. Sunday.

A motor vehicle crash was reported at 6:57 p.m. Friday at 278 Lowell St. A two-car crash was reported. Delbora A. Catrinque-Costa, 36, of 821 Shirley St., Winthrop, was summoned for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
A report of a motor vehicle hit and run crash at 10:36 p.m. Friday at 74 Aborn St.
Police reported a moped crashed on the bike path after the operator refused to stop for a sergeant on Emerson Avenue at 10:39 p.m. Saturday. Police found the unoccupied moped after the crash, but the operator was not on scene. Police said there were multiple pieces of the moped in the area, including the water, and identified the possible suspect as Jerry Cardona. The fire department checked the water, but did not find any sign of that person. The moped was towed.
A report of a motor vehicle crash at 1:28 a.m. Sunday at 68 Pierpont St. and 92 Aborn St. A caller reported a Toyota Corolla was all over the road and crashed into another car. Jenne Lynn Robertson, 38, of Salem, was arrested (see arrests).
Breaking and Entering
A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 10:16 a.m. Sunday at 42 Newcastle Road. A caller reported their unlocked car was rifled through and $5 was stolen overnight.
A motor vehicle breaking and entering was reported at 10:28 a.m. Sunday at 36 Newcastle Road. Police reported a car was broken into and a motorcycle helmet was stolen.
Complaints
A report of illegal dumping at 10:48 a.m. Friday at Andover Street and Route 128 North. A caller reported people were dumping mattresses in the woods. An officer was unable to find any debris.
A report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 3:44 p.m. Friday at Northshore Mall at 210N Andover St. A caller reported a silver SUV was being driven around mall property and youths were reportedly throwing items out of the vehicle.
A report of threats at 4:41 p.m. Friday at St. John’s School at 19 Chestnut St. An employee reported two suspicious males entered the school at approximately 12:30 that afternoon and started walking around. They were stopped by a staff member who reported the men threatened to come back and run around the school next time. They also reportedly threatened to “drive a vehicle into the school and take out a few children.” The staff member described the males as being about 15- and 16-years old.
A report of gunshots at 7:44 p.m. Saturday at Plaza Motel at 125 Newbury St. State Police received a call from someone who reported hearing a gunshot in the parking lot of the Plaza Motel. Police reported the call appeared to be unfounded after speaking to the clerk and searching the area.

A report of a car fire at 8:47 p.m. Friday at Brodie’s Pub at 10 ½ Lowell St.; at 9:36 a.m. Monday at Jason Stone Injury at 84 Newbury St.
Overdose
A report of an overdose at 4:19 p.m. Saturday at Mobile Estates at 286 Newbury St. The person was taken to Beverly Hospital.
Theft
A report of a larceny at 1:28 p.m. Friday at 13 Nichols Road. A caller reported a package worth $329 was stolen.
A report of a stolen motor vehicle at 3:13 p.m. Friday at Walgreens at 35 Main St.
A larceny was reported at 4:48 p.m. Friday at 320 Lowell St. A caller reported a Trump sign was stolen from his backyard.
A report of a larceny at 1:40 p.m. Saturday at 21 Roycroft Road. A caller reported a package was stolen from her house. Police reported the package was delivered to the wrong address.
Vandalism
A report of vandalism at 10:55 a.m. Friday at 17 Union St. A caller reported past vandalism to a vehicle. Police reported there was a screw in the tire from over a week ago. The tire had to be replaced.
Vandalism was reported at 6:10 p.m. Friday at Tannery Gardens at 111 Foster St. A caller reported his truck was smashed while it was parked on Foster Street. Police reported the vehicle was vandalized, which included the side being keyed and a smashed mirror, which was possibly due to “Back the Blue” stickers on the vehicle.
