A report of bikes creating a traffic issue at 6:05 p.m. Thursday at Maple and Humphrey streets. A caller reported a group of kids were riding their bikes in and out of traffic. Police were unable to locate the group.
A report of loud music at 9:58 p.m. Thursday on Creesy Street. A caller reported a man was playing loud music from the park across the street. Police reported there was no one around the park or cemetery, but an officer could hear music coming from the Three Cod. The music was turned off after a third complaint was made to police.

Fraud
A woman called the station at 4:23 p.m. Thursday to report someone filed an unemployment claim in her name with her company. She wanted it on file at her company’s request.
A woman came into the station at 7:52 p.m. Wednesday to report someone had tried to file an unemployment claim using her information. The caller stated she is currently employed by Eliot Community Services.
Vandalism
Police received a call at 5:25 p.m. Thursday from a resident on Baker Road who reported the two front tires on his truck had been slashed. An officer was dispatched for more information.
PEABODY
Accidents
Police received a call at 7:55 p.m. Thursday for a motor vehicle accident with no injuries on Tremont Street. An officer was dispatched to oversee the paper exchange.
Complaints
Police received a report at 11:20 p.m. Thursday about an unwanted party in a car carrier on Newbury Street. Dispatched officers determined the party was staying at the Plaza Motel and moved along.
JMAC Towing Company reported at 10:37 p.m. Thursday the owner of a car was attempting to retrieve her vehicle while it was on the back of the truck. While the caller was on the phone, they reported the vehicle owner jumped in the vehicle, backed it off the flatbed, and fled the wrong way down Mason Street. Officers were dispatched in an attempt to make contact with the woman.
Police received a call at 5:37 p.m. Thursday from a woman on Hillside Avenue who reported her neighbors were having a large party and parking illegally on the street. A dispatched officer reported seven people were at the house with no loud music. Three vehicles were asked to move and face the correct way on the road.
Fraud
A woman reported at 8:43 p.m. Thursday that someone fraudulently identified themselves to her as Amazon Fraud Department and requested $1,000 worth of Target gift cards.
A resident of Augustus Street reported at 6:54 p.m. Thursday that someone fraudulently used her information to file for unemployment. The incident was documented.
A resident of Rainbow Circle reported at 6:44 p.m. Thursday that someone fraudulently filed an unemployment claim using her personal information. A report was taken.
Police received a report of identity fraud on Hopkins Road at 6:32 p.m. Thursday.
Police documented a report of identity fraud related to unemployment claims on Lake Street at 10:13 a.m. Thursday.
Theft
A party reported at 1:58 p.m. Thursday that a veteran plaque was stolen from a plot at St. Mary’s cemetery. A report was taken.
SAUGUS
Accidents
Police received multiple calls at 7:21 a.m. Thursday about a motor vehicle accident with non-fatal injuries near Trader Joes on Broadway.
Complaints
Police received a call at 1:03 a.m. Friday about a suspicious motor vehicle parked with its lights on for approximately an hour on Atherton Street. Dispatched officers reported everything checked out at that time.
A caller at 3:57 p.m. Friday reported a white female wearing pajamas, mask, and a light-colored shirt was walking in the median of the southbound side of Broadway heading northbound. Dispatched officers were unable to locate the woman.
A woman came into the station at 1:46 p.m. Thursday to report someone claiming to be from a government agency called her cell phone and attempted to obtain her personal information. The woman said she simply wanted the incident documented.
Fraud
A woman walked into the station at 5:04 p.m. Thursday to report someone had recently tried to apply for unemployment using her name. A report was taken.
A woman came into the station at 1:22 p.m. Thursday to report her identity had been compromised. A report was taken.
Thefts
A woman called at 9:00 p.m. Thursday to report her son’s bicycle was stolen from the park at Veterans Memorial Elementary School. Officers later reported the bicycle was found and returned by the victim’s cousin, who stated a skinny black male in a black hoodie, white pants, and red sneakers stole the bike and was confronted in front of Cogliano Plaza, where he relinquished the bike. The victim’s mother did not wish to press charges.
Police received a walk-in report at 12:43 p.m. Thursday from a party who reported that a female party was using checks from his account. A report was taken.

Suspicious activity was reported at 8:21 p.m. Thursday at Humphrey Street and Monument Avenue. A caller reported a woman with a blue head covering was walking up Monument and appeared to be in need of assistance. State Police were also notified.
