A caller reported that a boat was sinking near the Marblehead Yacht Club at 4:58 p.m. The Harbormaster was notified of the situation.
Complaints
A caller reported that their neighbor was sitting in the road drinking what appeared to be a can of Miller Lite on Middle St. at 4:59 p.m. Wednesday. Officer dispatched to the scene advised the neighbor to drink on his steps.

Assaults
A report of an assault and battery at 4:51 p.m. Tuesday at Cedar Grove Cemetery on Cedar Grove Avenue. A caller reported a girl was beaten and her purse was stolen. The suspects reportedly left the area in a black vehicle. Police contacted the girl’s mother, who requested that her daughter be taken to Whidden Memorial Hospital.
An assault and battery was reported at 6:46 p.m. Wednesday on Paleologos Street. A caller reported her daughter was assaulted by another female. Caitlin A. Connelly, 25, of 12 ½ Preston Road, Salem, was summoned for assault and battery.
Breaking and Entering
A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 8:33 a.m. Tuesday at Tesla at 210T Andover St.
A report of a breaking and entering at 12:05 p.m. Tuesday at 13 Abington St. A house was reportedly broken into over the weekend.
Complaints
A well-being check was requested for a suspicious man who was walking down the train tracks while wearing only socks and underwear at 9:21 a.m. Wednesday at Rousselot International at 5 Allens Lane. The man was taken to Salem Hospital.
SAUGUS
Accidents
Police were notified at 2:40 p.m. Wednesday about a motor vehicle accident with non-fatal injuries near Kohl’s Plaza on Walnut Street. Officers were dispatched to the scene and reported both cars were towed.
Animal Control
A man reported at 6:44 p.m. Wednesday that two stray dogs were in his fenced-in backyard on Blueridge Ave. The caller was connected to Animal Control for assistance.
Police received a call at 6:31 p.m. Wednesday from a resident of Oakwood Ave. who reported his dog was stuck under his porch. The caller was connected to Animal Control for assistance.
Complaints
Police received a report at 6:13 p.m. Wednesday about a male dancing around a gray vehicle with the trunk up and his clothes off in the parking lot of Target on the Lynn Fells Parkway. Dispatched officers were unable to locate any person matching the description.
Police received a call at 5:40 p.m. Wednesday from a woman who reported her Lyft driver took off with her belongings still in the car. The caller stated she believed the driver intentionally left with her belongings in the vehicle. Revere Police were notified.

A man walked into the station at 4:05 p.m. Wednesday to report his identity had been compromised. A report was taken.
