Benjamin Morales-Castro, 51, of 102 Henry Ave., was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and motor vehicle lights violation at 9:52 p.m. Monday.
Duane Ramos, of 47 Estes St., was arrested on warrant charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery at 7:52 a.m. Tuesday.

Accidents
A caller reported a two car crash between a Toyota Camry and a Chrysler SE on Pleasant St. and Spring St. at 8:56 a.m. Monday. A towing company was notified.
A caller reported a hit and run on Pleasant St. at 10:49 p.m. Monday, in which a woman caused significant damage to a parked car.
Fraud/Scam
A caller reported a possible phone scam at 11:54 a.m. Monday. She claimed that she had received a call from a Marblehead number claiming that a charge had opened on her account.
A caller reported that she had given her information to a fraudulent Apple Support phone scammer at 4:42 p.m. Monday.
NAHANT
Animal Control
A man called the station at 11:05 a.m. Saturday to report his golden retriever “Kula” had gotten loose and was last seen near Willow Road and Summer Street. The resident later called back and stated the dog was located in a neighbor’s garage.
Complaints
A woman called the station at 9:15 a.m. Sunday to file a speeding complaint for Castle Road. She stated speeding happens frequently, and she would like speed bumps put in. The caller was advised accordingly.
Police received a call at 12:26 p.m. Saturday from a resident who reported there was a party taking place on Pleasant Street with over 50 people who were not wearing masks nor social distancing. A dispatched officer reported there were 20 to 25 people and most, if not all, were wearing masks.
Water Incidents
Police received a call at 1:51 p.m. Sunday for overturned kayaks off of Castle Road where the boaters were not wearing life jackets.

Arrests
Christopher Andrew Ferguson, 37, of 4317 Harvest Drive, North Andover, was arrested on two warrants at 10:10 p.m. Sunday.
Sebastian Troy Schweitzer, 23, of 349 Lowell St., was arrested and charged with night time building breaking and entering for a felony at 10:57 p.m. Monday.

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 2:27 p.m. Saturday at 7-Eleven at 100 Lynn St.; at 9:49 a.m. Sunday at 10 Margin St. and 68 Driscoll St. One person was taken to Massachusetts General Hospital; at 10:15 a.m. Monday at 26 Margin St. and 2 Kirkland Road. One person was taken to Salem Hospital; at 1:12 p.m. Monday at The Vitamin Shoppe at 300 Andover St.; at 1:45 p.m. Monday at 19 Veterans Memorial Drive
A motor vehicle crash was reported at 3:39 p.m. Saturday at Sonic Drive-in at 55 Newbury St. A car into a wall in the drive-through was reported. Police reported a car cut the corner and scraped the building.
A report of a motor vehicle hit and run crash at 3:58 p.m. Saturday at 6 Esquire Drive and 85 Andover St.
A report of a motor vehicle crash at 5:55 p.m. Saturday at 150 Main St. Marc C. Twomey, 44, of 33 Holten St., Apt. 1, was summoned for leaving the scene of property damage and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
A motor vehicle crash was reported at 3:05 a.m. Monday at 130 Tremont St. and 2 Arielle Lane. A caller reported a motor vehicle struck a light pole.
A report of a motor vehicle crash at 6:34 p.m. Monday at 257 Lowell St. Mauricio Temaj Santos, 24, of 318 Highland Ave., Salem, was summoned for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Breaking and Entering
A report of a breaking and entering at 10:57 p.m. Monday at Neatco at 474 Lowell St. Sebastian Troy Schweitzer, 23, was arrested (see arrests).
A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 8:33 a.m. Tuesday at Tesla at 210T Andover St.
Complaints
A report of a neighborhood dispute at 1:34 p.m. Monday at 86 Russell St. A caller reported a neighbor was blowing his leaves into the street. An officer spoke with the resident, who reported he was bagging his leaves, but the wind blew some of them into the street.
A report of a disturbance at 4:57 p.m. Monday at Big Y Plaza at 637 Lowell St. A caller reported Black Lives Matter protesters were disturbing their Trump rally. The protesters reportedly threatened to spit in their faces and knock down their banners. Police stood by to preserve the peace.
Theft
A report of a stolen motor vehicle at 10:16 a.m. Saturday at 6122 Crane Brook Way. A caller reported their motorcycle was stolen overnight.
SAUGUS
Accidents
A woman called at 7 p.m. Monday to report she was involved in a minor motor vehicle accident while driving on Route 1. She stated she was passing Kane’s Donuts when she struck the car to her left. She did not see the other driver and went home to contact the department in case the other operator reported the incident.
Larceny
A woman came into the station at 7:10 p.m. Monday to report that while at Hockeytown USA at 3:30 p.m. that day, someone had entered her husband’s unlocked truck and took her pocketbook from the back seat. A report was taken.
Police received a call from the manager at Macy’s Department Store at Square One Mall at 2:30 p.m. Monday, who reported someone stole clothing from the store at around 12:40 p.m. that day. An officer was dispatched for a report.
Property Damage
A woman called at 12:01 p.m. Monday to report damage to her car’s passenger side door that she suspected occurred overnight while the vehicle was parked on Parsons Ave. An officer was dispatched for a report.
