A report of fraud at 1:40 p.m. Saturday.

Complaints
A complaint regarding hunting at 2:32 p.m. Saturday. Police checked out the incident and learned that the hunters had permission to be on the property.
Accidents
A caller reported a hit and run at 2:34 p.m. Saturday on Salem St. in which he car was mildly damaged.
A caller reported a hit and run accident at 11:10 p.m. Sunday leading to the arrest of one juvenile.

Complaints
A reported an erratic driver in a red mustang who almost skidded into two pedestrians at Ocean Ave. and Flint St., at 4:33 p.m. Sunday.
Accidents
A caller reported a red mustang which hit a fence and a tree at 4:56 p.m. Sunday. Police reported that this was the same car reported for erratic driving earlier. The driver was removed from the car and cited.
Other
At 1:18 a.m. Monday a caller reported that she believed her drunk friend had taken hold of her phone and may have called 911. The police had not received a call.
SWAMPSCOTT
Hazardous Conditions
Caller reports at 11:32 a.m. Sunday that the traffic light on Burrill and Essex St. is not functioning properly and that vehicles have begun turning left on a red light. The light was repaired.
A report of 2 kayakers in distress at 1:49 p.m. Sunday. The fire department was dispatched.
Investigation
A caller requested an area check around Mission On The Bay at 4:35 p.m. Sunday for a white Chevy truck with NH plates that may have been in possession of items stolen previously. The truck was not discovered.
