James Blood, of 11 Lynnfield St., was arrested on warrant charges of assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and larceny under $1,200 at 12:21 p.m. Wednesday.
Debra Diroma, 40, was arrested and charged with Class B drug possession at 12:04 p.m. Thursday.
Theresa Hartford, 42, of 2 Kingsley Terrace, was arrested and charged with Class A drug distribution and on warrant charges of Class A drug possession, Class B drug possession, and Class E drug possession at 1:03 p.m. Wednesday.
Antoinette Huguley, 32, of 53 Fellsway West, Medford, was arrested and charged with Class B drug distribution and drug possession with intent to distribute at 2:17 p.m. Wednesday.
Jairo Perez, 29, of 66 Bassett St., was arrested on warrant charges of two counts of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, marked lanes violation, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, uninsured motor vehicle/trailer, unregistered motor vehicle, and obstructed/non-transparent window at 9:08 p.m. Wednesday.
Jaleini Salazar, 24, of 50 Clark Ave., Chelsea, was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a pregnant victim at 11:43 p.m. Wednesday.

Accidents
A report of a motor vehicle crash at 2:43 p.m. Wednesday at Humphrey Street and Pickwick Road.
Complaints
A woman walked into the police station to report she saw a man holding an offensive sign at 4:25 p.m. Wednesday at Atlantic Avenue and Commercial Street. Police told the woman that they were aware of the man and that he was exercising his first amendment rights. The woman disagreed, saying that the sign read “people should die,” which he was aggressively pushing in people’s faces as they walked by.
A caller reported he could see someone shining a laser at airplanes at 9:03 p.m. Wednesday on Front Street. They were reportedly either at Crocker Park or an adjacent rooftop in the area near the harbormaster’s office. A Logan Airport representative said they had not received any complaints that night, but considered it to be “ongoing threats” and wanted the people’s identity and information on the incident provided to them. The man told police he was shining the laser at installations and there were no planes flying over when he was using it.
A caller reported a skateboarder was flipping off passing motorists at 9:23 p.m. Wednesday on Pleasant Street. The caller said the skateboarder was riding in the middle of the road and was flipping off passing motorists who beeped their horns at him. The skateboarder reportedly had “no regard for safety.” Police reported the skateboarder was gone upon their arrival.
NAHANT
Animal Control
Police received a call at 9:33 a.m. Tuesday from a party who stated there was an injured seagull near Dunkin Donuts on Wilson Rd. The caller was advised accordingly and provided with information about wildlife rehab centers.
Police received a call at 8:56 a.m. Tuesday from a resident who stated there was a very large coyote behind the school in the area of the new “woodland playground.” The caller reported the coyote appeared to have a bad limp. The caller was provided with the number for Animal Control.
Complaints
An anonymous party called the station at 4:27 p.m. Tuesday to report a suspicious gray Audi in the parking lot of Seaside Variety with people smoking marijuana. Chief Dwyer checked the lot and reported the vehicle was no longer in the area.
Police received two calls around 4:15 p.m. Tuesday about an unattended surfboard in the area of Short Beach. Nahant Harbormaster and Nahant Fire were unable to locate any persons in the water.
A woman called the station at 4:15 p.m. Monday to report she had been receiving harassing phone calls. The resident stated she had received 19 calls since 4:09 a.m. that morning from a number showing “no caller ID.” The resident further stated the caller only spoke once to state “oh Tracy, my love,” and that another call consisted of heavy breathing. The resident was advised to block the number, and when told she already did, officers advised her to change her number.
PEABODY
Accidents
Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident with no injuries on Walnut St. at 8:03 p.m. Wednesday.
Animal Control
A woman called the station at 6:47 p.m. Wednesday to report her dog attacked a raccoon on Barnstable Rd. The woman later called back and stated that her dog released the raccoon and the raccoon had fled the area.
Complaints
Police received a call at 4:19 a.m. Thursday from an anonymous party who stated she believed a man in a silver Honda followed her home. The caller would not speak to an officer and would not point the vehicle out. Units dispatched to Stevens St. were unable to locate the suspect.
An employee of Hampton Inn on Newbury St. called at 9:40 p.m. Wednesday and reported there was a female party causing a disturbance in the lobby. A dispatched officer stated the female left the area.
A woman called at 5:48 p.m. Wednesday to report her children were harassed by a few male juveniles on bikes at the park earlier in the day. She stated she did not know the suspects’ names, but she has pictures of them. Officers documented the incident.
Medical Emergency
Police received a call at 9:32 p.m. Wednesday from a woman on Jubilee Dr. who stated her friend banged his head and was bleeding. The man was transported to Salem Hospital by ambulance.
Thefts
Police received a call at 6:28 p.m. Wednesday from a man on Corey Dr. who reported a previous incident of breaking and entering regarding his motor vehicle. Officers documented the incident.
SAUGUS
Accidents
Police received a report of a hit and run near Dance Junction on Main St. at 7:20 p.m. Wednesday. Officers were dispatched for a report.
An officer reported a minor motor vehicle accident at 5:46 p.m. Wednesday in the vicinity of Square One Mall.
Animal Control
Animal Control received a call at 7:55 p.m. Wednesday from a resident reporting a missing/stolen dog that may be being sold by a woman online. AC contacted Chelsea Police to notify them that the suspect may not sell the dog until a Chelsea ACO is able to scan the dog for a microchip.
Assaults
Police received a call at 6:40 p.m. Wednesday from a man who reported a woman in a dark blue Mazda or Nissan threw a Pepsi at him on Main St. Police report the matter is under investigation.
Complaints
Police received a call at 9:25 p.m. Wednesday from a woman who reported a male friend was intoxicated and pushed her before leaving the residence on Fairmount Ave. Dispatched officers reported that the calling party simply wanted the incident on record.
At 5:28 p.m. Wednesday, Melrose Police reported a female was maced at a “Trump rally” near VIllage Park Plaza and was transported via ambulance to Melrose Wakefield hospital. An officer was dispatched to investigate the matter.
