Undincer Bamaca-Perez, 26, of 42 Newhall St., was arrested and charged with nighttime breaking and entering for a felony, possession of a burglarious instrument and violation of the city knife ordinance at 2:23 a.m. Friday.
Marielys Mingo, 21, of 14 Union Place, was arrested and charged with three counts of trafficking more than 10 grams of fentanyl and Class A drug distribution at 7:03 a.m. Friday.
Javier Pimentel, 22, of 47 Park St., was arrested and charged with four counts of trafficking more than 10 grams of fentanyl and Class A drug distribution at 6:17 a.m. Friday.
Luz Serrano, 34, of 79 Lake View Ave., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at 7:11 p.m. Thursday.
David Torres, 31, of 445 Essex St., was arrested and charged with Class B drug distribution at 11 a.m. Friday.

Arrests
Stephen T. Smith, 55, of 393 Summer St., was arrested and charged with three counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, assault to murder, OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, and property damage to intimidate at 1:11 a.m. Tuesday.
Joshua S. Simpson, 21, of 393 Summer St., was arrested and charged with two counts of larceny under $1,200, malicious destruction of property, property damage to intimidate, resisting arrest, vandalizing property, and criminal harassment at 1:11 a.m. Tuesday.
Accidents
A report of a motor vehicle crash at 6:12 p.m. Monday at 99 Restaurant at 317 Salem St.; at 8:34 a.m. Tuesday at 22 Thomas Rd.
Complaints
A report of a disturbance/gang at 3:02 p.m. Tuesday at Cervizzi Karate School at 5 PO Square. A caller reported a group of youths on bicycles were unmasked and throwing rocks. Police reported most of them were wearing masks and they were throwing a football. The group left the area.
Theft
A report of a larceny at 10:58 a.m. Tuesday at 1011 Main St. A caller reported a Biden/Harris sign was stolen overnight.
A report of a larceny by check at 2:03 p.m. Tuesday at 53 Pillings Pond Rd.
A larceny was reported at 7:40 p.m. Wednesday at 31 Phillips Rd.
Vandalism
A report of malicious destruction of property at 1:11 a.m. Tuesday at 452 Summer St. Stephen T. Smith, 55, and Joshua S. Simpson, 21, both of Lynnfield, were arrested (see arrests).
Vandalism was reported at 8:50 a.m. Wednesday on Center Court. A caller reported she noticed a lot of trash and some graffiti while she was walking in the woods behind Center Court.
MARBLEHEAD
Complaints
A report of suspicious activity at 9:35 p.m. Thursday on Lattimer Street. A caller reported she thought someone was trying to break into the house. She could hear them jiggling the door when she was upstairs with her children. The caller said her 13-year-old daughter could hear “knocking” on the door. Police reported there was no one around and the noise may have been caused by the wind.
A Smith Street caller reported a loud, drunk group was keeping her awake at 10:17 p.m. Thursday.
Fire
An Ocean Avenue caller reported a large bonfire on Manley Street at 8:27 p.m. Thursday. The homeowner extinguished the fire.
NAHANT
Complaints
A resident called at 6:02 p.m. Wednesday to report the front door to the house next door was open while the home is under construction. The caller said no one appeared to be in the area. An officer dispatched to the home on Willow Road reported a dog was inside the house and the windows were open, and it appeared someone was still working but had stepped out for a bit.
Police received a call from a resident at 3:08 p.m. Wednesday who wanted to know why her home on Nahant Road had no water. The caller was informed work was being done in the area and told to contact the Department of Public Works with further questions.
SAUGUS
Accidents
An officer reported at 10:41 p.m. Thursday that he was approached by a driver who stated there was a disabled motor vehicle on Broadway. A separate officer later reported McGarvey’s Towing replaced the car’s tire and the vehicle was sent on its way.
An officer reported a motor vehicle accident at 9:53 p.m. Thursday on Lincoln Avenue. A report was taken.
Police received a report of a two-car accident with non-fatal injuries at 5:48 p.m. Thursday. Officers were dispatched to CVS Pharmacy on Broadway for more information.
Police received a report of a two-car accident with unknown injuries in the area of Main Street at 4:06 p.m. Thursday.
Animal Control
A caller reported a dog locked in a vehicle appeared to be in distress at 3:05 p.m. Thursday. Animal Control was dispatched to Lendy’s Deli on Broadway and reported the vehicle left prior to arrival.
Complaints
Police received a complaint at 10:17 p.m. Thursday of multiple drivers laying on their horns and screaming at one another on Newhall Avenue. A dispatched officer reported the parties left prior to arrival.
An officer was dispatched to Veterans Memorial School on Hurd Avenue at 10:14 p.m. Thursday to disperse a group of youths from the area.
Multiple callers reported hearing fireworks near Oaklandvale Elementary School at 10:11 p.m. Thursday. An area check showed nothing at the time.
Police received a call at 9:36 p.m. Thursday from a resident who reported a white pick-up truck parked in front of his home on Clinton Avenue. An area check showed nothing at the time.
