A report of a disturbance at 4:50 p.m. Monday on Leggs Hill Road. A caller reported his neighbor started yelling at and threatening the caller’s landscapers for parking near her house.
A report of suspicious activity at 6:46 p.m. Monday on Atlantic Avenue. A caller reported a census worker was on her back deck about a week ago, which she spoke to him about. But the caller said she got home on Monday to find the man on her back deck again. The man was reportedly asking her questions and being belligerent.
Suspicious activity was reported at 6:55 p.m. Monday on Franklin Street. A caller reported she came home to find her house door wide open with the hall light on. She was concerned someone may have broken into the apartment. Police reported no one was inside the condo.

Arrest
Andy Montaned, 37, of Lowell, was arrested Tuesday on warrant charges.
Accidents
Police received a report at 9:24 p.m. Monday of a motor vehicle accident on Newhall St. with unknown injuries. Officers were dispatched to the location.
Complaints
Police received a call at 8:05 p.m. Monday from a woman who reported her downstairs neighbor was harassing her over noise levels coming from her three small children. Officers were dispatched to the apartments on Founders Way and reported speaking with the caller, who was told her rights. She was instructed to contact the property manager and to call back with any further problems.
A caller reported loose branches laying in the power lines in front of her homes on Linwood St. at 6:50 p.m. Tuesday. The Department of Public Works was notified.
Police received a call at 1:37 p.m. Tuesday from an employee at Bernie & Phyl’s Discount Furniture on Broadway who reported an unruly customer was causing a disturbance and refusing to leave. Dispatched officers reported the party left prior to officer arrival.
Theft
A caller reported a stolen bicycle from his yard on Walnut St. at 6:59 a.m. Tuesday. An officer was dispatched for a report.
Police received a 911 call at 11:10 p.m. Monday about two males dressed in all black trying to gain access through a front window on Lily Pond Ave. Dispatched officers placed a male party under arrest.
A man walked into the station at 3:31 p.m. Tuesday to report his debit card was used for two transactions totaling $345 in Chelsea on Aug. 29.
