Rolando Batres, 38, of 16 Light St., was arrested and charged with urinating in public, violation of the open container law and on warrant charges of reckless operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and failure to stop/yield at 4:17 p.m. Tuesday.
Anthony Brown, 50, of 534 Essex St., was arrested on warrant charges of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 11:31 a.m. Wednesday.
Dararin Heang, 32, of 28 Laurel St., was arrested and charged with two counts of drug possession with intent to distribute and on warrant charges of five counts of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, three counts of failure to stop/yield, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, miscellaneous equipment violation, marked lanes violation, speeding, number plate violation, and motor vehicle operator refuses to identify self at 10:50 a.m. Wednesday.
Dararong Heang, 30, of 28 Laurel St., was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm without a firearm identification card, possession of a large capacity weapon/feeding firearm, receiving a firearm with a defaced number, unlawful improper storage of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammo without a firearm identification card, and drug possession with intent to distribute at 11:21 a.m. Wednesday.
Judemario Josaphat, 24, of 99 Holyoke St., was arrested on a courtesy booking at 6:24 a.m. Wednesday.
Brian Martinello, 40, of 59 Warren Ave., Chelsea, was arrested on a warrant charge of carrying a dangerous weapon at 1:21 p.m. Wednesday.

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 8:37 a.m. Tuesday on Gerald Road. No items were taken.
A report of stolen change at 8:55 a.m. Tuesday on Orchard Street. A caller reported an unlocked car was entered overnight. The change container was found in the backseat and the glove compartment had been rummaged through, but nothing else was missing. The caller had gone outside to go to work and found the car’s side door was open.
A motor vehicle breaking and entering was reported at 8:05 p.m. Tuesday on Sandie Lane. A caller reported his girlfriend’s vehicle was broken into overnight and rummaged through, but no property was taken.
Complaints
A report of suspicious activity at 2:07 p.m. Tuesday on Gerald Road. A caller reported a person was walking around outside the house. Police reported the person was a landscaper who had been working next door.
A report of an unconscious diver at 3:19 p.m. Tuesday at Marblehead Harbor. A caller reported an unconscious diver was on board their boat. The caller said the boat was starting and they were unable to return to the dock. The harbormaster responded and the diver was taken to Salem Hospital by ambulance.
Theft
A report of stolen sunglasses at 9:24 a.m. Tuesday on Orchard Street; at 10:14 a.m. Tuesday on Stevens Road.
A report of a stolen sign at 11:35 a.m. Tuesday on Lafayette Street.
A report of stolen equipment at 2:27 p.m. Tuesday on Evans Road Extension. A caller reported he realized his backpack and leaf blower was missing when he got to his next job.

Complaints
A report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 9:56 a.m. Wednesday at 10 Crowninshield St. A caller reported a man was sitting in a vehicle for more than an hour. An officer reported the car was gone upon arrival.
SAUGUS
Accidents
Police received a 911 call at 9:38 p.m. Tuesday for a vehicle that struck a wall in front of a home on Howard St. and then fled the scene. Officers were dispatched for more information.
A 911 caller reported a motor vehicle left the scene of an accident on Broadway at 8:06 p.m. Tuesday.
Police received a report of a head-on collision with non-fatal injuries at 7:18 p.m. Tuesday. Officers were dispatched to the scene on Broadway where they reported two parties were transported in separate ambulances to Melrose Wakefield Hospital.
Complaints
A caller at 9:52 p.m. Tuesday reported a black Cadillac was driving up Saugus Ave. with three to four people inside flashing lights into cars and driveways. An area check turned up negative.
Police received a call at 9:10 p.m. Tuesday from a resident who reported a group of high school-aged kids went streaking across Stackpole Field before getting back into a car in the parking lot. Dispatched officers spoke with the youths and determined they were doing a scavenger hunt for the high school. No issues reported.
Lost Plates
An officer reported at 7:52 a.m. Wednesday that a New Hampshire license plate had been recovered.
