Breaking and Entering
A report of a breaking and entering at 2 p.m. Monday at Route 1 Auto Service at 218 Newbury St. A break-in to the gate and a 2000 Honda Civic was reported.
A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 2:26 a.m. Tuesday at 7 Ralph Road. The homeowner reportedly witnessed an attempted car break-in, but the suspect fled the scene.
A motor vehicle breaking and entering was reported at 8:25 a.m. Wednesday at 3 Walsh Ave. Police reported the vehicle was unlocked and the suspect took $1.40 in loose change.
Complaints
A report of suspicious activity at 5:18 p.m. Monday at 22 Oak Ave. A caller reported a neighbor was shooting a BB gun into the trees, which almost struck their house. Police reported the incident was part of an ongoing neighbor dispute. The resident denied shooting a BB gun and said acorns had fallen from the tree.
A report of a neighborhood dispute at 6:20 p.m. Monday at 1 Mayfair Road. A caller reported her neighbor came out and dumped a bucket of water on her dog, who had been barking in the yard. Police reported both parties declined their harassment order rights. The incident was documented and forwarded to the animal control officer.
Theft
A report of a larceny at 8:11 a.m. Wednesday at Acura of Peabody at 233 Andover St. An employee reported car parts were stolen during the night. An officer reported tires were stolen off of two vehicles.
Vandalism
A report of vandalism at 8:02 p.m. Tuesday at 111 Foster St. Past vandalism to a car was reported, which involved a smashed rear window.

Complaints
A caller at 6:47 a.m. Wednesday reported construction vehicles were parked on the Forest Ave. overnight. A dispatched officer reported the vehicle is legally parked and appears the owner is working on a house on Oak St.
Police received a 911 call at 11:44 p.m. Tuesday from a woman who reported she was scratched up by another client and was scared. A dispatched officer reported speaking with all parties involved to determine it was a mutual argument between residents on Altamont Avenue that had occurred roughly six hours prior.
Police received a call at 10:06 p.m. Tuesday from a man who reported a white male in his late 40s to early 50s attempting to gain entry into a Talbot Street apartment. Officers spoke with the man and determined he was locked out of his unit.
Loss Prevention at Stop & Shop on Main Street reported at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday that a male had attempted to pass fake bills. An officer was dispatched for a report.
A man walked into the station at 12:54 p.m. Tuesday to report his car had been keyed while parked in the lot at Home Depot. A report was taken.
Thefts
A woman walked into the station at 3:28 p.m. Tuesday to report a FedEx package was stolen off her Dreeme Street property. A report was taken.
A woman walked into the station at 3:20 p.m. Tuesday to report her identity had been used to obtain a $40,000 loan. A report was taken.
