A report of a disturbance at 6:19 p.m. Monday on Pulaski Street. A caller reported a man driving a car randomly displayed a pistol at him and fled the scene. The suspect reportedly pulled over and followed the victim before leaving again.

A report of a larceny at 3:18 p.m. Monday at 23 Buxton St. A caller reported she had paid for repairs to her residence and the person had not started the work.
A larceny was reported at 4:09 p.m. Monday at 148B Washington St. A caller reported a screen was stolen from her door and she thought her neighbor was responsible. An officer reported the screen rolls down and there was no issue.
