Joseph Fay, 32, of 177 Green St., Brockton, was arrested on warrant charges of carrying a dangerous weapon, uttering a counterfeit note, possession of a counterfeit note, attempt to commit a crime, nighttime breaking and entering for a felony, trespassing, and Class B drug possession at 12:03 p.m. Monday.
Garrito Fort, 36, of 47 Hanover St., was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and violation of the city knife ordinance at 12:35 p.m. Monday.
Brahian Morales, 23, of 413 Boston St., was arrested and charged with parole/probation violation and on warrant charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and threat to commit a crime at 8:35 a.m. Tuesday.

A caller at 7:01 a.m. Sunday reported a suspicious person walking around the area of Valley and Willow roads. No description was given. A dispatched officer located the individual and determined he was looking for a skateboard he misplaced the night before.
Police received a report at 12:33 a.m. Sunday about a group near Castle and Range Roads lighting fireworks. An officer was dispatched to the area and reported all was quiet.
A caller at 12:36 a.m. Sunday reported kids were setting off fireworks at the basketball court on Spring Road. An officer located the group and spoke to them.

Complaints
A report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 9:44 p.m. Monday on Lake Shore Road. A caller reported there were two unattended children in a dark colored car that was parked near the park. Police reported the children were napping in the vehicle while their parents were sitting in the park.
A report of suspicious activity at 11:38 p.m. Monday at Louie’s BMW Specialist at 260 Newbury St. A caller reported hearing prying and scratching sounds from the lot next door and thought the noise was from a possible car break-in. Police reported the noise was from a person picking up their vehicle and all was in order.
Suspicious activity was reported at 10:59 a.m. Tuesday at A Mom’s Village at 637 Lowell St. A caller reported a woman stopped in front of the store and urinated. The woman reportedly left in a motor vehicle and is known to frequent the area.
Vandalism
A report of vandalism at 7:04 a.m. Tuesday at 8 Harris St. A caller reported two tires were slashed on his 2006 Honda CRV that had been parked on the street.
SAUGUS
Accidents
Police received a call about a minor motor vehicle accident at 8:58 p.m. Monday near Target on the Lynn Fells Parkway. A dispatched officer reported paperwork was exchanged prior to his arrival. No police services were necessary.
The fire chief responded to a three-car motor vehicle accident with no injuries on Hamilton Street.
Police received a 911 report about a motor vehicle accident involving a motorcycle with injuries on Fairmount Avenue. An ambulance transported one party to Salem Hospital.

Police received a call at 10:29 p.m. Monday about several vehicles parking and people walking into the woods on Cheever Avenue.
Stop & Shop employees called the station at 10:27 p.m. Monday to report a group of cars against the fence on Route 1 were lighting off fireworks. Dispatched officers found dispensed fireworks but the parties had left prior to officer arrival.
A caller at 9:21 p.m. Monday reported a group of roughly six juveniles were riding bikes up and down Eustis Street and flashing flashlights in residents’ windows. Dispatched officers reported a search of the area came up negative.
A man walked into the station at 5:19 p.m. Monday to report an unknown person had attempted to open an unemployment claim using his information. An officer took down a report.
Police received a call at 3:17 p.m. Monday about a group of juveniles smoking cigarettes and using profanity around young children near Veterans Elementary School on Hurd Avenue. A dispatched officer spoke with a few groups and reported everything was peaceful at that time.
At 2:46 p.m. Monday, police received a call from someone at Super Petroleum, Inc. on Broadway reporting a customer who came into the store without a mask. Dispatched officers reported a verbal argument over a face covering. Peace was restored.

A report of suspicious activity at 10:26 p.m. Monday at 314 Forest Ave. A caller reported she thought someone was in the basement. Police reported there was not a break-in and it was possible some items were knocked over by other means.
Theft
A report of a larceny at 7:45 a.m. Monday at 10 Eulow St. A woman reported her wallet was stolen from an estate sale on Sunday.
A larceny was reported at 11:29 a.m. Monday at 130 Walker Road. A man reported he was the victim of a Craigslist scam that involved a vacation property rental in New Hampshire.
