LYNN

Arrests 

Lynnette Perry, 43, of 526 Western Ave., was arrested on warrant charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and malicious destruction of property at 10:51 a.m. Monday. 

Brett Stoey, 23, of 61 Kernwood Drive, was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 7:25 p.m. Saturday.

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run crash at 12:40 p.m. Sunday at 680 Summer St.; at 5:44 p.m. Sunday at Nahant Rotary at 1 Lynnway; at 12:16 a.m. Monday at 52 New Park St.; at 10:44 a.m. Monday at 244 Euclid Ave.   

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 1:35 p.m. Sunday at 186 Chestnut St.; at 9:24 p.m. Sunday at 56 Eastern Ave.; at 6:07 a.m. Monday at Chatham and Marianna streets; at 8:47 a.m. Monday at 85 Jefferson St.   

A report of a motor vehicle crash with personal injury at 6:12 p.m. Sunday at 33A Jackson St.; at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at 45 Henry Ave. 

Assaults 

A report of an assault at 2:12 a.m. Monday on Washington Street. 

Breaking and Entering 

A report of a breaking and entering at 11:02 a.m. Sunday at 595 Lynnway; at 8:11 p.m. Sunday at 19 Emerald Drive.

Overdose 

A report of an overdose at 8:56 p.m. Sunday at Lincoln and Union streets. 

A report of an opiate overdose at 6:17 a.m. Monday on Washington Street. 

Theft 

A report of a larceny at 12:44 p.m. Sunday at Salem Laundry at 190 Lewis St.; at 9:54 a.m. Monday at 33 High St. 

Vandalism

A report of motor vehicle vandalism at 5:25 p.m. Sunday at 160 Neptune Blvd.  

A report of vandalism at 6:12 p.m. Sunday at 76 Haviland Ave.; at 9:16 a.m. Monday at 7 Fortesque Terrace.

Accidents 

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 6:02 a.m. Sunday at 1466 Main St. and 1 Friendship Lane. 

Complaints 

A report of a disturbance at 10:16 p.m. Friday at Jordan Park on Wildewood Drive. Police dispersed several cars full of youths. 

A report of a suspicious person walking toward Post Office Square at 9:07 a.m. Friday on Summer Street. Police checked the area and could not locate the person. 

A caller reported two suspicious young men were near her fence at 1:15 p.m. Sunday at 2 Dunstan Road. Police checked the area and could not locate the people. 

A report of a disturbance at 6:31 p.m. Sunday at 4 Locksley Road. A caller reported a neighbor started yelling at him while he was doing yard work. Police reported the dispute was over property lines. 

A report of a suspicious auto at 10:40 p.m. Sunday at 19 Fairview Ave. A caller reported people were sitting in a vehicle for two hours and revving the engine. Police reported all vehicles in the area were unoccupied. 

Fire 

A motor vehicle fire was reported at 1:57 p.m. Sunday at 932 Lynnfield St. The electrical fire was handled by the fire department.

Complaints 

A report of a loud band playing at 4:23 p.m. Sunday on Rowland Street. Police reported the band would attempt to quiet down and planned to be done at 5 p.m. 

A report of a disturbance at 8:55 p.m. Sunday on Vine Street.

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 5:19 p.m. Friday at 3 Castle Circle; at 7:35 p.m. Friday at Atlantic Ambulance at 90 Foster St.; at 9:15 a.m. Saturday at Route 128 South and 312 Lowell St.; at 11:27 a.m. Saturday at Peabody Sunoco at 1 Lynn St.; at 12:31 p.m. Saturday at The Cheesecake Factory at 210C Andover St.; at 9:29 p.m. Saturday at 264 Lowell St.; at 12:58 a.m. Sunday on Oakland Street; at 12:59 p.m. Sunday at 243 Washington St. and 1 Allens Lane; at 11:44 a.m. Monday at 300 Jubilee Road; at 12:05 p.m. Monday at ITG International Transports LLC – Dock 5 at 300 Jubilee Road; at 2:15 p.m. Monday at Sonic Drive In at 55 Newbury St. 

A motor vehicle crash was reported at 6:43 p.m. Saturday at Mobile Estates at 286 Newbury St. A motorcyclist reportedly hit a fence. Richard H. McNeil, 56, of 12 Downing Road, was summoned for OUI liquor. 

A report of a police motor vehicle crash at 8:47 p.m. Saturday on Felton Street. 

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run crash at 8:35 a.m. Sunday at James Street Park on James Street.

Complaints 

A report of an intoxicated person at 5:54 p.m. Friday at 68 Pierpont St. and 92 Aborn St. A possible drunk person was reportedly walking into objects. The person was taken to Salem Hospital. 

A report of a disturbance at 7:18 p.m. Friday at 1 Jordan Road. A caller was upset that there was a party because it could spread COVID-19. 

A report of suspicious activity at 4:57 p.m. Saturday at The Cheesecake Factory at 210C Andover St. A caller reported there was a person in a blue pickup truck who was possibly involved in lewd activity. The person told police he was reclined back and was watching Netflix in his vehicle. The person was trespassed from the mall for a lifetime ban. 

A disturbance was reported at 7:54 p.m. Saturday at 26 Veterans Memorial Drive. Police reported there was a dispute over a person relieving himself in the yard of 26 Veterans Memorial Drive. The person claims he was assaulted by an unknown person who took off. 

A report of a disturbance at 9:52 p.m. Saturday at West Memorial School at 15 Bow St. A caller reported he was threatened when he tried to stop fireworks. 

Overdose 

A report of an overdose at 12:35 p.m. Saturday at Peabody Market at 36 Foster St. One person was taken to Salem Hospital. 

Theft 

A report of a larceny at 4:44 p.m. Sunday at 1 Sylvia Road. A caller reported her son’s bike was stolen. Police reported the bike was recovered and returned to the owner. 

SAUGUS 

Accidents 

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 1:05 p.m. Friday at Walnut and Elm streets; at 1 a.m. Sunday on Howard Street. 

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run crash at 6:52 p.m. Friday at Hong Kong Express at 461 Lincoln Ave. 

Breaking and Entering 

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 11:29 a.m. Saturday at Hooters at 1143 Broadway. A man reported his toolbox was stolen out of his truck while he was at Hooters on Friday night. He also found his wallet next to his tire, which was missing $35. 

Complaints 

A report of a suspicious person at 3:38 p.m. Friday at 18 Richard St. A caller reported she saw a man jump into a home through a window. Police spoke with the resident who said their services were not necessary. 

A report of suspicious activity at 9:21 a.m. Saturday at 39 Jackson St. A caller reported there were two bullet holes in his windows. No shots were heard and he thought they were from BB guns. 

Theft 

A report of a larceny by check at 11:45 a.m. Friday at 295 Walnut St. A woman reported several of her checks were stolen and cashed. 

A larceny was reported at 1:32 p.m. Sunday at Walmart at 770 Broadway. Loss Prevention reported a customer’s wallet was stolen by another customer. The suspect had left the scene. 

Vandalism 

A report of vandalism at 11:58 p.m. Saturday at Saugus Town Foodmart at 480 Lincoln Ave. Police reported that it appeared a bottle had been thrown through the window, but there was no entry made. 

Vandalism was reported at 7:22 a.m. Monday at Lowe’s at 1500 Broadway. A caller reported his construction truck was vandalized. 

SWAMPSCOTT 

Complaints 

A report of a disturbance at 1:47 p.m. Saturday at 10 Lexington Circle. A caller complained about children on the street and possible town ordinance concerns. 

A report of suspicious activity at 2:38 p.m. Saturday at 25 Sumner St. A caller reported their neighbors were away for the weekend, but the back door of their residence was wide open. Police secured the door, checked the house and notified the homeowner. 

Suspicious activity was reported at 5:29 p.m. Saturday at 10 Lincoln Circle. A caller reported a Jeep was parked in the roadway and the people inside were possibly drinking. Police reported the people checked out and would find a better location to park. 

A disturbance was reported at 8:51 p.m. Saturday at Harrison Avenue and Salem Street. A caller reported a group of people in the street were causing a disturbance. 

A report of a disturbance at 9:01 p.m. Sunday at 18 Sargent Road. An altercation between two friends was reported. 

Theft 

A report of a larceny at 10:01 a.m. Sunday at 432 Humphrey St.; at 4:36 p.m. Sunday at Marshalls at 1005 Paradise Road.
