A report of suspicious activity at 4:57 p.m. Saturday at The Cheesecake Factory at 210C Andover St. A caller reported there was a person in a blue pickup truck who was possibly involved in lewd activity. The person told police he was reclined back and was watching Netflix in his vehicle. The person was trespassed from the mall for a lifetime ban.
A disturbance was reported at 7:54 p.m. Saturday at 26 Veterans Memorial Drive. Police reported there was a dispute over a person relieving himself in the yard of 26 Veterans Memorial Drive. The person claims he was assaulted by an unknown person who took off.

Overdose
A report of an overdose at 12:35 p.m. Saturday at Peabody Market at 36 Foster St. One person was taken to Salem Hospital.
Theft
A report of a larceny at 4:44 p.m. Sunday at 1 Sylvia Road. A caller reported her son’s bike was stolen. Police reported the bike was recovered and returned to the owner.

A report of a suspicious person at 3:38 p.m. Friday at 18 Richard St. A caller reported she saw a man jump into a home through a window. Police spoke with the resident who said their services were not necessary.
A report of suspicious activity at 9:21 a.m. Saturday at 39 Jackson St. A caller reported there were two bullet holes in his windows. No shots were heard and he thought they were from BB guns.
Theft
A report of a larceny by check at 11:45 a.m. Friday at 295 Walnut St. A woman reported several of her checks were stolen and cashed.
A larceny was reported at 1:32 p.m. Sunday at Walmart at 770 Broadway. Loss Prevention reported a customer’s wallet was stolen by another customer. The suspect had left the scene.
Vandalism
A report of vandalism at 11:58 p.m. Saturday at Saugus Town Foodmart at 480 Lincoln Ave. Police reported that it appeared a bottle had been thrown through the window, but there was no entry made.
Vandalism was reported at 7:22 a.m. Monday at Lowe’s at 1500 Broadway. A caller reported his construction truck was vandalized.

A report of a disturbance at 1:47 p.m. Saturday at 10 Lexington Circle. A caller complained about children on the street and possible town ordinance concerns.
A report of suspicious activity at 2:38 p.m. Saturday at 25 Sumner St. A caller reported their neighbors were away for the weekend, but the back door of their residence was wide open. Police secured the door, checked the house and notified the homeowner.
Suspicious activity was reported at 5:29 p.m. Saturday at 10 Lincoln Circle. A caller reported a Jeep was parked in the roadway and the people inside were possibly drinking. Police reported the people checked out and would find a better location to park.
A disturbance was reported at 8:51 p.m. Saturday at Harrison Avenue and Salem Street. A caller reported a group of people in the street were causing a disturbance.
