A handful of new coronavirus cases, but no additional deaths were reported in several North Shore communities on Friday.
Lynn, Peabody and Revere reported new cases, while numbers remained the same in other communities.
In Lynn, two new cases were reported to bring the city’s caseload to 3,651. Ninety-eight people have died and 2,843 have recovered from the virus — 710 cases remain active, according to city data.
Peabody reported three new cases on Friday to bring the city’s total number of cases to 1,052 — 815 people have recovered and 161 have died, according to Health Director Sharon Cameron.
Revere had seven new cases on Friday to bring the city’s numbers to 1,795 cases and 83 deaths — 1,497 people have recovered, according to the city website.
Numbers remained the same in Lynnfield (98 cases, 11 deaths) and Nahant (42 cases, six deaths), and were not updated in Marblehead, Saugus and Swampscott.
As of Wednesday, Marblehead has 228 cases and 30 deaths and Swampscott has 128 cases and eight deaths. As of Thursday, Saugus has 556 cases and 35 deaths.
