Miguelina Campusano De Mencia, 36, of 151 Lawton Ave., was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 10:32 p.m. Wednesday.
Brian Mewa, 24, of 98 Kings Hill Drive, was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and on warrant charges of OUI liquor, alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation at 3:05 p.m. Wednesday.
Steven Muise, of 50 Main St., Saugus, was arrested on warrant charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, state highway wrong way and OUI liquor at 8:43 a.m. Thursday.
Jean-Pierre Roberson, 30, of 217 Washington St., was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 1:47 p.m. Thursday.

Assaults
A report of an assault at 3:22 p.m. Monday on Perkins Lane.
Complaints
A report of a disturbance at 7:42 p.m. Wednesday at Lynnfield High School at 275 Essex St. A caller reported kids were speeding in cars and driving around in circles. They were reportedly throwing trash at other vehicles and there was possibly a cooler of beer in one truck. Police reported there were multiple cars in a lot with games going on there. There were no issues.
Fire
An outside fire was reported at 5:19 p.m. Tuesday at First Data at 70 S Broadway. It was handled by the fire department.

MARBLEHEAD
Complaints
An ongoing neighbor dispute was reported at 8:59 a.m. Wednesday on Powder House Court. A caller reported her “80-something-year-old neighbor hit her in the head with her cane over a garden hose.” She declined the need for medical attention. Police reported there was an ongoing dispute between the parties and they are currently working with the Housing Authority to rectify the situation.
Theft
A report of a stolen bike at 10:01 a.m. Wednesday on Gregory Street.
NAHANT
Arrest
Marie McKinney, 23, of Malden, was arrested Tuesday on charges of assault and battery and disorderly conduct.
Complaints
Officers received a complaint at 10:49 p.m. Wednesday about a group of teenagers being loud at the playground on Pleasant Street. An officer moved the group along.
Police received a call at 9:34 p.m. Wednesday about a man walking in the area who appeared to be hiding near the Dunkin Donuts parking lot. An officer informed the man he was on private property after-hours and moved him along.
A resident called at 6 p.m. Wednesday to report three dogs off-leash in the vicinity of Marjoram Park. An officer advised one dog owner of the leash law.
Police received a call at 8:44 p.m. Tuesday about a fight involving approximately six individuals in the parking lot between Tides and Dunkin Donuts, no weapons seen. One individual was arrested.
A resident called at 7:59 p.m. Tuesday to report persons swimming off Tudor Wharf on Wharf Street. An officer removed the person from the wharf.
A caller at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday reported several large trucks parked on Rosemary Road. An officer made contact with the owners and all vehicles were moved.
SAUGUS
Complaints
An officer reported a male party banging on the window of Kane’s Donuts at 2:40 a.m. Thursday. Officers determined that the man was looking for a place to eat and was waiting for his girlfriend to pick him up. No police services rendered.
A 911 caller reported an unwanted party banging on doors at 1:56 a.m. Thursday. He was described as a white male with black hair. Officers reported a search of the area came up negative.
An officer reported being flagged down by a pedestrian at 12:14 a.m. Thursday who stated there was a black male wielding a machete in the vicinity of 1687 Broadway. Officers reported speaking with the man and determined the machete was a stick and that the man believed some kids were around equipment near his residence. Officers reported the man agreed to go inside for the night.
Police received a call at 11:21 p.m. Wednesday that a male in shorts with no shoes or shirt was attempting to solicit a ride on the ramp on Broadway. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate anyone.
SWAMPSCOTT
Accidents
A report of a motor vehicle hit and run crash at 8:35 a.m. Wednesday at Petco at 419 Paradise Road.
Complaints
A caller reported possible identity theft at 9:58 a.m. Wednesday at 100 Vantage Terrace.
A report of suspicious activity at 12:33 p.m. Wednesday at 26 Berkshire St. A person came into the police station to report a racial incident.
Suspicious activity was reported at 12:42 p.m. Wednesday at Vinnin Liquors at 371 Paradise Road. A caller reported a man was sitting by the carts at Vinnin Liquors. He reportedly appeared to be disheveled and out of sorts.
A report of suspicious activity at 12:56 p.m. Wednesday at Banks and Walker roads. A caller reported a “camper” was driving on Banks Road and taking pictures. Police reported the camper was parking in the driveway and there were no problems.
Identity fraud was reported at 3:22 p.m. Wednesday at 113 Stetson Ave.
Theft
A report of motor vehicle theft at 4:34 p.m. Wednesday at 620 Humphrey St. A person came into the station to report their vehicle was stolen from Spiro’s gas station.
