LYNN — Two men arrested on drug and firearm charges during a traffic stop in Lynn last week have been deemed “dangerous” and ordered held without bail.
Shondel Holloway, 21, of Lynn and Kemoni Boone, 21, of Malden, were arraigned through Lynn District Court last Thursday and a subsequent hearing following 58A, or dangerousness motions, filed by the DA’s office went forward on Monday, according to DA spokesperson Carrie Kimball.
“Both were found dangerous and held without bail,” she said.
The Massachusetts State Police Gang Unit arrested the two men last Wednesday night after finding a handgun with a high capacity magazine and various narcotics in a sport utility vehicle that they were driving, state police said.
Both men were charged with unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, possession of a large capacity feeding device, being felons in possession of a firearm, and conspiracy to violate narcotics laws.
Holloway was also charged with heroin trafficking and possession of a Class B narcotic with intent to distribute.
