Deivy Saldana Presinal, 32, of 205 Highland Ave., Salem, was arrested and charged with trafficking more than 10 grams of fentanyl at 1:05 p.m. Monday.

A report of a boat washer at 11:37 a.m. Sunday on Naugus Avenue. A caller reported someone was washing a boat on a beach in violation of the neighborhood association rules. The caller said the person was using a pressure washer. After confronting the person, the caller was reportedly called a loser. Police reported the person washing the boat was a member of the neighborhood association and that the matter would be brought up at their next meeting.
A caller reported a drone was hovering outside at 3:30 p.m. Sunday on Evans Road Extension. The caller wanted to know about licensing and rights.

A report of a larceny at 10:57 p.m. Sunday at 16 Pemberly Drive. A caller reported a man was caught stealing a bike from his backyard. The man dropped the bike during a chase. Police were provided with video footage of the incident.
