Lopez, 22, of 16 Cedar St., Lynn, was summoned for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
Assaults
A report of an assault at 2:09 p.m. Sunday at Newhall Park on Oak Street. A caller reported two boys were fighting.
Complaints
A report of a disturbance at 1:08 a.m. Saturday at Lynnfield Commons at 375 N Broadway. A caller reported her neighbors were having a party and being loud.
Vandalism
A report of malicious destruction of property at 11:27 a.m. Saturday on Market Street. A caller reported their bike tire was slashed on Thursday night on Market Street. Police reported surveillance video showed that no one went near the bicycle while it was left unattended at the bike rack.

Arrest
Mark W. Shute, 41, of 63 Village St., Apt. 1, was arrested on a warrant at 2:14 p.m. Sunday.
Assaults
A report of a past assault at 12:33 a.m. Monday on Turner Road. A caller reported his roommate was bothering him and he wanted something done about it. He said he was assaulted the night before and had to go to the hospital. Police reported everything was all set with both people.
Complaints
A caller reported there were three to four teens fishing on the rocks that were in his backyard at 1:46 p.m. Sunday on Follett Street. He said he had asked them nicely to move along, but they had refused. Police reported the group was gone upon arrival.
A caller reported there were a bunch of kids who were digging in the woods and hacking at trees at 1:56 p.m. Sunday on Turner Road. Police reported the kids were clearing debris so they could ride their bikes.
A report of a social distancing complaint at 4:23 p.m. Sunday on Humphrey Street. A caller reported a group of kids were not social distancing and were playing baseball. Police spoke with the kids.
A social distancing complaint was reported at 4:26 p.m. Sunday on Green Street. A caller reported kids were playing hockey without masks. Police moved six kids along and then dispersed another five who were behind the basketball court.
A caller reported her daughter’s friend was shot with a BB gun in the buttocks and had an injury at 12:18 a.m. Monday. Police reported it was possibly the result of an earlier incident, which involved the flouring of the caller’s car. The weapon was an airsoft weapon.

Accidents
A report of a motor vehicle crash at 8:30 p.m. Friday at Broadway and Walnut Street. A two car-crash involving an 18-wheeler was reported. One of the drivers was passed out behind the wheel.
A motor vehicle crash was reported at 8:45 p.m. Friday at Village Park on Main Street; at 1:52 p.m. Saturday at Blueridge Avenue on Walnut Street.
Multiple callers reported a bicyclist was struck by a car at 12:55 p.m. Saturday at Hamilton Street and Lincoln Avenue. There were minor injuries and the people involved declined medical attention.
Complaints
A caller reported a group of girls was riding on the outside of a white Jeep at 3:56 p.m. Friday at Belmonte Middle School at 29 Dow St. Police reminded the girls about the hazards of such behavior.
A caller reported a group of 10 kids on bikes were challenging cars to hit them at 5:12 p.m. Friday at 21 Newhall Ave. The kids were reportedly jumping in front of cars and blocking them from passing. Police reported the kids were off to the side of the road and appeared to be behaving.
A man walked into the police station to report overnight damage to his car window at 8:10 a.m. Saturday at 107 Winter St. The man thought the damage was caused by a neighbor he has ongoing issues with.
A caller reported someone attempted to remove the catalytic converter from his van at approximately 5 a.m. Saturday at 180 Central St. The caller reported the incident to police at 1:56 p.m. Saturday.
A caller reported a family of geese was stuck in the middle of the roadway at 7:56 p.m. Saturday on Broadway.
Theft
A Guard Street caller reported someone stole $6,000 in ladders and scaffolding out of his truck at Home Depot earlier in the month at 10:12 a.m. Friday.
A caller reported her daughter had two packages taken from her doorstep at 4:37 p.m. Saturday at 51 Dudley St. She has video recordings of the theft.
