A report of a motor vehicle crash with personal injury at 2:09 p.m. Wednesday at 354 S Broadway and 31 Maple St. An accident inside the southbound tunnel was handled by State Police.
A report of a motor vehicle crash at 6:52 p.m. Wednesday at Salem Street and Condon Circle. Cristoval Mendez, 18, of 77 Greenwood St., Lynn, was summoned for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Complaints
A report of a suspicious person at 1:14 p.m. Monday at 10 Melch Road. A caller reported a neighbor was walking around and talking to herself. Police were unable to find the woman.
Fire
A report of a fire behind the building at Kelly Jeep Chrysler Plymouth at 353 N Broadway at 8:34 p.m. Tuesday. The warming fire was handled by the fire department.
MARBLEHEAD
Complaints
A caller reported kids in the condo parking lots on Intrepid Circle were riding bikes and not wearing masks or social distancing at 1:35 p.m. Wednesday. An officer spoke with one of the parents, who would educate the kids on social distancing.
A report of people walking on the Causeway at 3:58 p.m. Wednesday on Ocean Avenue. A caller reported two separate groups were walking on the Causeway and “once people see one person doing it, they all want to do it and it will be a problem.” She was told the ban was lifted and it was OK to walk on the Causeway now.
A caller reported a car was speeding with a person lying on the top of the car at 5:56 p.m. Wednesday on Adams Road. Police reported they may have come from Adams Street, where there was a graduating senior and a few people out front.

A report of suspicious activity at 10:44 p.m. Wednesday at Walnut Street Place at 8 Walnut St. A caller reported kids were smoking weed in the parking garage. Police reported they were gone upon arrival.
A report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 1:23 a.m. Thursday at 0 Gardner Road and 18 Gardner St. A caller reported a person was idling in a dark vehicle with the lights on. The car was a marked police cruiser.
Fire
A report of a structure fire at 7:19 p.m. Wednesday at 15 Coolidge Ave. A caller reported she was having some work done on her furnace and it exploded. The fire department reported there was a burst water pipe, but there was not any smoke or fire.
Vandalism
A report of vandalism at 4:33 p.m. Wednesday at 594 Lowell St. A caller reported damage to his motor vehicle that had occurred the night before. He had a video showing an altercation where a person was thrown into his vehicle. Police reported the incident was related to a disturbance call on Danforth Street.
Vandalism was reported at 8:57 a.m. Thursday at 1 Ledgewood Way. A Ledgewood maintenance manager reported two catalytic converters were cut from a motor vehicle, which are valued at $2,000.
SAUGUS
Complaints
Police received a call at 1:48 a.m. Thursday from a resident who reported a male party banging and yelling in an apartment on Hamilton Street. Dispatched officers reported hearing no noise upon arrival but spoke with several tenants who stated this was an ongoing issue.
A caller at 11:31 p.m. Wednesday reported construction was taking place after hours on the Lynn Fells Parkway. Dispatched officers reported emergency work was being conducted by National Grid.
A caller at 4 p.m. Wednesday reported a silver Toyota broke down in front of a business on Main Street and a male and female inside having a possible argument. Dispatched officers reported all was in order and the store manager was advised to call if any further services were needed.
A low-hanging wire was reported on Staaf Road at 3:45 p.m. Wednesday.
Wellbeing Check
Police received a call at 10:31 p.m. Wednesday from a man on Grove Street reporting that his wife had made Q5 statements over the phone and was unaware of her whereabouts. The caller stated that his wife had not been seen in a couple days and had said over the phone earlier that she was headed to Florida. Officers tracked the woman’s location to Florida using cell phone pings and notified local police to do a wellbeing check.
