Complaints
A Vine Street caller wanted to find out who had reported the disturbance on Sunday at her apartment. She called the police at 1:09 p.m. Tuesday and was informed the landlord had reported the disturbance. She said she was having problems with other tenants in the building, who she claimed were recording when she and her daughter were screaming. The tenants were then reportedly sending the recordings to the landlord.

Arrest
Marcelo Docarmo, 47, of 37 Harris St., Apt. 3, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and on a warrant at 5:37 p.m. Tuesday.
Accidents
A report of a motor vehicle crash at 5:11 p.m. Tuesday at Prospect Avenue and Avalon Drive.
A motor vehicle crash was reported at 6:20 a.m. Wednesday at 43 Forest St. A car reportedly crashed into a fire hydrant. The fire hydrant was knocked over. The fire department notified the water department.
Complaints
North Shore Regional received a 911 call from a young child who stated there was a robbery at 3 Troy St. at 8:56 p.m. Tuesday. Police spoke with the phone’s owner, who said there were two young children in the house and they may have dialed the number. She said there was not an emergency and she was going to speak with the children about playing with the phone.
Theft
A report of a larceny by check at 10:26 a.m. Wednesday at Avalon Essex Office at 1 Avalon Drive. Multiple bad checks were reportedly written by a tenant. Michael A. Mackin Jr., 33, was summoned for larceny by check, uttering a false check and forgery by check.
A report of a larceny at 3:09 p.m. Wednesday at Peabody Fire Department at 47 Lowell St. A caller reported the catalytic converter to a department honor guard van was stolen. There are no suspects.
SAUGUS
Complaints
An employee at the Red Roof Inn on Broadway called the station at 4:02 a.m. Wednesday to report a male who was refusing to leave the premises. A dispatched officer reported the parties were packing up and leaving for the night.
A caller at 12:36 a.m. Wednesday reported a male wearing all black was approaching cars in the parking lot of Panera Bread on Broadway. Dispatched officers reported they were unable to locate the suspicious party.
Police received a walk-in report at 3 p.m. Tuesday from a woman stating another woman had been posting harassing messages on Facebook about her to her and her friends. The reporting party was advised of her 258E rights.
Services Rendered
On Tuesday, officers reported conducting birthday ride-bys at 1:30 p.m. on Essex Street and at 2 p.m. through Saugus Commons.
Property Damage
A 911 caller at 1 p.m. Tuesday reported her ex-boyfriend came to collect his property at a residence on Central Street, damaged a television, then left the home. Officers spoke with the calling party, who reported the television belonged to both of them and did not want to press charges. She was advised of her rights and she further stated she was not in fear, she just wanted the incident on record.
