Farah Ibrahim, 25, of 44 Estes St., was arrested and charged with trespassing, arrestee furnishing false ID info, receiving stolen property, and on warrant charges of improper use of a credit card, larceny of a credit card, concealed motor vehicle thief, truck breaking and entering for a felony, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to stop for police, receiving a stolen motor vehicle, daytime breaking and entering for a felony, and larceny from a building at 10:39 a.m. Wednesday.

Complaints
An older man was reportedly walking the Causeway on Ocean Avenue in violation of COVID rules at 3:46 p.m. Wednesday. The man claimed he was taking a picture and was advised by police.
A report of loud music at 6:04 p.m. Wednesday on Broughton Road. A caller reported the music in the area was so loud that it was “coming through the walls” and disrupting him from watching TV. Police reported the call was unfounded since there was no loud music in the area.
A caller reported she heard two loud bangs in the area of the house at 7:45 p.m. Wednesday on Hines Court. She was not sure where the noise came from, but said it “shook the whole house.” Police were unable to locate anything.
A Girdler Road resident called the 911 line at 3:30 a.m. Thursday to report there was a group of people in front of her home who were being loud and making noises that sounded like “banging around trash cans.” Police searched the area and could not find anyone.
A Harbor View Lane caller reported she wanted to vent about a man who did not give her enough room for social distancing while she was out walking that morning at 7:15 a.m. Thursday. She said she has been abiding by the rules with not running the Causeway and was frustrated that others were inconsiderate.

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 4:18 p.m. Wednesday at Shaw’s supermarket at 210S Andover St.; at 6:54 a.m. Thursday at 33 Centennial Drive and 7 Summit St.
A report of a motor vehicle crash with personal injury at 5:32 am. Thursday at Salem Country Club at 133 Forest St. A car reportedly crashed into a tree on Forest Street by the golf course. The driver was taken to Lahey Burlington and the minivan was towed.

A report of a road rage incident at 5:19 p.m. Wednesday at Sullivan Tire & Auto Service at 175 Washington St. A caller reported someone threw a drink at him.
A report of a disturbance at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at Maddy’s Car Wash at 300 Andover St. A caller reported a large group of people were revving their car engines at the car wash and racing around the area. An officer reported he moved the group along.
A disturbance was reported at 10:22 p.m. Wednesday at 54 Paleologos St. A caller reported a group of young people were standing too close together in front of the house. Police reported the people were all members of the same household.
Theft
A report of a larceny at 12:40 p.m. Thursday at 13 Nelson Road. A man walked into the police station to report a package was stolen from his front steps. Three Samsung cellphones valued at $1,700 were stolen.

Accidents
A caller at 1:49 p.m. Wednesday reported a car had struck his vehicle on Main St. and took off. He had no other information. Dispatched officers spoke with the reporting party and determined that the driver’s side door appeared to have been backed into. A report was taken.
Complaints
A caller at 12:33 a.m. Thursday reported debris in the roadway on Essex St. The Department of Public Works was notified.
Police received a call at 7:09 p.m. Wednesday from a woman who reported a black vehicle was parked on Lincoln Ave. in front of her residence. Officers determined the other party was waiting for someone.
A caller at 7:18 p.m. Wednesday reported a male in another apartment on Newhall Ave. is filming the calling party. Dispatched officers reported being unable to detect suspicious activity at the time.
A 911 call was made at 6:13 p.m. regarding threats made to the assistant manager at Walmart on Broadway. Dispatched officers determined the offending party left before officer arrival.
Police received a walk-in report at 5:59 p.m. Wednesday from a man who said he received threatening text messages from his neighbor. A report was taken.
A grounds supervisor at Stevens pond called at 1:12 p.m. Wednesday to report he found two dead rabbits on the property which he believed to be suspicious.
