Complaints
A caller reported there was a group of skateboarders at 12:10 p.m. Friday on Pleasant Street. The caller said they were grabbing onto the bumpers of cars and riding alongside them. An officer reported there were no skateboarders in the area.
A report of suspicious activity at 9:46 p.m. Friday on Front Street. A caller reported seeing a man pull his car up to the restaurant, get out and start looking around. The man reportedly started to look in the trash and when confronted, he said he was delivering water next door. An officer reported the man was making a delivery for Instacart and was looking for an address.
A Broughton Road caller reported a loud party or gathering next door at 11:31 p.m. Friday. Police reported there was no party going on and the noise was not unreasonable. The people were watching TV.
A caller reported she heard a single gunshot at 12:17 a.m. Sunday on Hines Court. Police reported there were no spent shell casings in the area and nobody else reported hearing gunshots.
