Lexus Perez, 25, of 45 Adams St., Dorchester, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, armed assault to murder, possession of a firearm without a firearm identification card, unlawful possession of ammo without a firearm identification card, assault with a dangerous weapon, disturbing the peace, carrying a firearm without a license, carrying a loaded firearm weapon, discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building, firearm use in a felony and on a warrant charge of Class B drug distribution subsequent offense at 9:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Melissa Sygowski, of 501 Washington St., was arrested on warrant charges of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, uninsured motor vehicle/trailer, number plate violation to conceal ID, unregistered motor vehicle, and state highway traffic violation at 11:42 a.m. Tuesday.

A report of an outside party at 9:11 p.m. Tuesday on Doaks Lane. A caller reported a tailgate party with several vehicles in the parking lot of Little Harbor. Police reported there were three cars in the area and the occupants agreed to move along for the night.
A report of a disturbance at 11:32 p.m. Tuesday at Bessom Street and Highland Terrace. A caller reported she could hear a group of men yelling and glass smash. Police found a group by Vesuvius. The crowd claimed that they had not broken anything and agreed to disperse.
Theft
A report of tools stolen overnight at 7:28 a.m. Wednesday on Ocean Avenue. An employee from SS Construction reported the locks were cut on two of their trailers and a lot of tools/large equipment was stolen.

A report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 8:56 p.m. Tuesday at Barnes and Noble at 210B Andover St. A caller reported an unoccupied black Chevrolet Silverado was parked behind the building.
A report of suspicious activity at 9:30 p.m. Tuesday at 10 Crowninshield St. A caller reported a man and woman were sitting on the bench and smoking marijuana. An officer reported the pair was smoking a large cigar.
Suspicious activity was reported at 9:46 p.m. Tuesday at Public Storage at 240 Newbury St. A caller reported people were hopping the fence to Public Storage. An officer reported a car was parked inside the fence. The officer spoke to two people at the facility who were putting items in their storage unit and were unaware the facility closed at 9:30 p.m.
A report of suspicious activity at 1:49 a.m. Wednesday at Center School at 18 Irving St. A suspicious person was reportedly smoking behind the school. The man was sent away.
SAUGUS
Complaints
A man came into the station at 7:03 p.m. Tuesday to report he was being threatened by one of his tenants in Everett. The man owns a four-family unit in the city and one of his tenants is threatening to spread corona to the reporting party and his family through text messages. Officers took down a report.
A caller 1:40 p.m. Tuesday reported he and his dogs were attacked by two German Shepherds in the area of the flyers club near the Salem Turnpike. The man reported the dogs attacked him, causing him to fall to the ground with possible injuries. A report will be filed.
Suspicious Activity
Police received a call at 10:17 p.m. Tuesday from someone reporting a male ran by their house on Walnut Street who appeared to be limping. Dispatched officers were unable to confirm the sighting.
Police received a call at 6:08 p.m. Tuesday about several cars lined up, possibly attempting to drag race on Salem Turnpike. Officers spoke with the parties and determined they were socializing. The parties were sent on their way.
An officer at 5:24 p.m. Tuesday reported dispersing a gathering of approximately 20 people in the Macy’s parking lot.
