Complaints
A report of a black Camaro speeding at least 90 mph at 12:27 p.m. Monday on Ocean Avenue. The car was reportedly heading into town from the Causeway. An officer stopped a black Challenger at Pleasant and Baldwin streets.
A report of an ongoing neighbor dispute at 5:21 p.m. Monday on Powder House Court. A caller reported her neighbor was “intentionally blaring her radio and yelling into her phone” to “disturb and annoy her.”
A report of a large party in the area behind Pinecliff Drive at 7:46 p.m. Monday. Callers reported about 100 people and underage drinkers. Police observed about 15 cars in the area and dispersed the gathering.
A report of a car that was parked too long at 2:37 a.m. Tuesday on Briar Lane. A caller reported a silver car was parked across from her house. She was nervous because the driver was using a cellphone. Police reported the Uber driver was napping and had left the area.
Fire
A report of heavy smoke in the area at 5:17 p.m. Monday on Alden Road. A resident was burning brush and was advised about the proper procedure.

Police responded to a report on Tuesday at 11:49 a.m. of a dog bitten on May Street by another dog. Police responded on Tuesday at 12:09 p.m. to a dog bite on Bourbon Street with the person sustaining the bite requiring medical treatment.
Medical
Police assisted in arranging medical transport from Main Street to Salem Hospital on Tuesday at 4:14 a.m.
Well-being
Police responded to a call about a 3-year-old standing in Foster Street on Monday at 6:59 p.m. and made arrangements to return the boy to his mother and filed the required report.
