An officer reported a motor vehicle accident at the Route 1 Walnut Street exit at 8:43 p.m. Thursday.
Officers received a call at 7:21 p.m. Thursday about an accident near Ocean State Job Lot on Broadway.
Police received a call at 7:11 p.m. Thursday from a party reporting two vehicles had a rear-end collision on the northbound ramp to Route 1 from the Lynn Fells Parkway. The caller reported the other party had no lights, which created a hazard. Officers reported the vehicle was towed.
A woman came into the station at 5:30 p.m. Thursday to report her vehicle had been struck in the driver’s side door while it was parked in the lot near Target on the Lynn Fells Parkway. Officers told the woman to contact the station if she receives any more information about the vehicle involved.
Complaints
Police received a call at 8:38 p.m. Thursday from an employee at the Red Roof Inn on Broadway who reported she had an aggressive customer at the front desk. Dispatched officers reported the man left prior to officer arrival.
An employee of Walmart on Broadway called the station at 2:53 p.m. Thursday to report the store had an unwanted party refusing to leave. The party was gone when officers arrived.
