Raymond Pramataris, 41, of 107 Cedar St., Haverhill, was arrested and charged with parole/probation violation and on a warrant for the same charge at 4:01 p.m. Wednesday.
Jillian Shay was arrested on a warrant charge of drug possession with intent to distribute at 7:04 p.m. Wednesday.
Ronald Spraglin, 32, was arrested and charged with firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling, assault with a dangerous weapon, firearm possession without a firearm identification card, assault and battery, Class B drug possession subsequent offense, and carrying a loaded firearm at 5:51 a.m. Thursday.

Complaints
A report of a strange odor in the residence at 8:01 a.m. Wednesday on Clifton Heights Lane. The caller thought it may have been from skunks, but read that it could be a natural gas odor. Police confirmed the odor was skunk-related.
A report of suspicious activity at 5:07 p.m. Wednesday on Tioga Way. A suspicious motor vehicle had reportedly been parked for awhile. Police reported the cleaner was waiting for the place to clear out.
A caller reported he heard a loud “snap” and noticed an 18-wheeler truck with “united” on it had taken down a tree branch and left the area at 6:09 p.m. Wednesday on Greystone Road. He said the driver didn’t stop and left the tree branch in the middle of the island.

Arrest
Jamie Lee Mimmo, 39, of Haverhill was arrested on charges of drug possession.
Accidents
Police received a call at 11:52 a.m. Wednesday about a motor vehicle accident with no injuries near Ocean State Job Lot on Broadway. Officers placed one party under arrest.
Complaints
A 911 caller at 12:21 a.m. Thursday reported she had a verbal argument with her boyfriend. An officer dispatched to Scotts Mill Court reported speaking with both parties, who reported a verbal argument only. Peace was restored.
A caller at 8:52 p.m. Wednesday reported a disabled tractor in the middle of Newhall Street. Dispatched officers reported the trailer is a car transporter unloading a vehicle.
Officers received a walk-in report at 5:52 Wednesday from a woman who said she’d been receiving harassing text messages at various times throughout a two-year period. Officers took down a report.

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 10:57 p.m. Wednesday at Fish House at 431 Humphrey St.

A report of suspicious activity at 2:28 p.m. Wednesday at Train Depot at 10 Railroad Ave. A caller reported a male was swinging nunchucks around the train platform. The caller said he had been there for about 15 minutes and that nobody else was around.
Suspicious activity was reported at 3:50 p.m. Wednesday at 50 Puritan Lane. A caller reported she was suspicious of solicitors’ intentions.
A report of a disturbance at 4:15 p.m. Wednesday at Whole Foods Market at 331 Paradise Road. A caller reported a car hit another car’s mirror. The owner reportedly became irate and was hitting the caller’s window so she would come outside. Police reported there was no damage.
A report of suspicious activity at 5:02 p.m. Wednesday at C&L Package Store at 26 New Ocean St. A person was reportedly passed out in a car.
Suspicious activity was reported at 6:58 p.m. Wednesday at 110 Eastman Ave. A caller reported a blue Honda was parked in the area and wasn’t sure what the driver was doing.
A report of suspicious activity at 9:58 p.m. Wednesday at 45 Salem St. A caller reported an underage party. Police reported the house appeared to be occupied, but it was quiet.
Suspicious activity was reported at 11:05 p.m. Wednesday at 45 Salem St. Police received a second call about a possible house party. Several people were dispersed.
