Howe was reportedly outside holding his sign again at 4:03 p.m. Monday on Atlantic Avenue. A caller reported a man was holding his sign out front and “antagonizing” customers. Police reported the man was only interacting with people who approached him.
A report of a neighbor dispute at 5:46 a.m. Tuesday on Shorewood Road. A caller reported her neighbor screamed and swore at her son as he left the residence. She admitted her son has a loud exhaust on his car, but said the neighbor had been harassing her family for a long time.
A report of an erratic operator at 7:15 a.m. Tuesday at Humphrey Street and Seaview Avenue. A caller reported he was passed by a motorist driving 80 mph. The car was reportedly heading inbound on Humphrey.

Arrest
Pedro Resendes, 39, of Hudson, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating with revoked registration and uninsured motor vehicle on Pulaski Street on Tuesday at 1:12 p.m.
Summons
Wanda Figueroa, 30, of 60 Johnson St., Lynn, will be summoned on charges of operating with revoked registration and uninsured motor vehicle on Lynnfield Street on Tuesday at 1:26 p.m.
Animal Control
Police advised a Buxton Lane resident about guidelines for keeping animals outdoors on Tuesday at 2:54 p.m.

SAUGUS
Accident
A man called the station at 5:42 p.m. Monday to report his mailbox on Walnut Street was hit by a car and a passerby left him a note describing the vehicle that had taken off. Dispatched officers determined the homeowner is not looking to bring charges against the person who hit the mailbox.
Break-In
A caller at 2:53 p.m. Monday reported someone broke into his business on Salem Turnpike overnight and took multiple catalytic converters and other car parts. Officers were dispatched to the scene.
Complaint
At 12:08 a.m. Tuesday, an officer reported a blue Subaru parked on the street and sidewalk on Prospect Street with no registration plates or an inspection sticker. The vehicle was towed.
Vandalism
An officer reported at 11:56 p.m. Monday that two vehicles had been “egged” on Central Street.
Police received a report at 8:56 p.m. Monday from a man who told officers his home on Jasper Street was egged. A dispatched officer noted one car was egged.
A caller at 2:03 p.m. Monday reported he was doing work on a house on Wakefield Avenue that had been vandalized. Officers were dispatched for a report.
