The Marblehead swim team locked up an undefeated regular season and the Northeastern Conference title after notching a 101-78 win over NEC foe Beverly Thursday night.
Theo Chemel and Cole Brooks were both double-winners for Marblehead, with Brooks winning the 100 butterfly (57.83) and the 200 individual medley (2:08.49) and Chemel taking the 200 freestyle (1:58.07) and the 500 freestyle (5:11.26). Other winners for Marblehead were Jack Grady in the 100 backstroke (1:00.32) and Cara Grazado in diving (191.85). The team of Chemel, Brooks, Grady and Morgan Taylor won the 200 medley relay (1:47.64), while the team of Chemel, Brooks, Grady and Nate Pulido took first in the 400 freestyle relay (3:43.09).
Marblehead (8-0) will compete in the NEC League Meet this weekend.
BOYS TRACK
Swampscott 64, Gloucester 22
Winners for the Big Blue were Joey Do in the high jump (5-6), Anton Vasquez in the shot put (47-11 1/2), Aidan McMaster in the 55 hurdles (8.9), Najique Henry in the 55 dash (6.7), Cole Hamernick in the 300 (41.1), Dylan Brawley in the one-mile (5:10.1) and Samuel Reenstierna in the two-mile (12:04.0).
Swampscott will run in a quad meet against English, Saugus and Marblehead Thursday (4).

Kenny Okoye was a double-winner for Saugus, placing first in the high jump (6-0) and the 55 hurdles (8.4). Other winners for the Sachems were Marvens Jean in the shot put (40-4) and Brandon Khath in the 600 (1:42.9).
Saugus will run in a quad meet against English, Swampscott and Marblehead Thursday (4).
Classical got wins from Oladeji Jolaoso in the 55 dash (6.9) and Kyle McCarthy in the two-mile (11:10.5).
Classical will run in a tri-meet against Danvers and Beverly Wednesday (4).
Winthrop’s wins came from Pat Haskell in the 300 (40.3), Chris Rodriguez in the 1000 (3:11.8) and Ryan Cash in the one-mile (5:28.6).
Winthrop will run in a quad meet against Gloucester, Peabody and Salem Wednesday (7).
GIRLS TRACK
Swampscott 66, Gloucester 19
The Big Blue won every event en route to the win. Charlotte Andrews was a double-winner for Swampscott, taking first in the high jump (5-0) and the 55 hurdles (9.7). Swampscott’s other winners were Ciara Espaillat in the shot put (32-1 3/4), Paige Kennedy in the 55 dash (7.8), Elise Hamernick in the 300 (46.5), Leonie Flacke in the 600 (2:01.2), Elizabeth Green in the 1000 (3:44.9), Genevieve Dishman in the one-mile (6:41.1) and Emma Sands in the two-mile (13:43.7).

Classical’s wins came from Slanny Portorreal in the high jump (4-8), Cherish Nwoko in the shot put (34-1 1/2), Rachel Brennan in the 1000 (3:34.9), Sabrina Ossambo Da Silva in the one-mile (6:26.6) and Miriam Bamaca in the two-mile (13:03.8).
Classical will run in a tri-meet against Danvers and Beverly Wednesday (4).
Saugus’ lone win came courtesy of Jennifer Costa, who won the 300 (47.5).
