A caller reported a truck went by and hooked at low wire 8:23 a.m. Wednesday on Haley Road. The wire pulled a bucket of tools from the truck. Verizon was contacted about the low hanging wire.
A caller reported she received a strange piece of mail at 3:07 p.m. Wednesday on Ocean Avenue. The envelope was reportedly unmarked and had a written note inside that read “Stop posting about Trump.”

Arrest
Rainier Bello-Pimentel, 27, of Lynn, was arrested on Wednesday on charges of intent to distribute.
Complaints
Police received a call at 10:41 p.m. Wednesday from a man reporting a utility van parked in front of his home on Summer Street that appeared to be occupied. Dispatched officers spoke to the woman inside, who said she was waiting for a friend.
A woman called the station at 6:37 p.m. Wednesday to report she had been receiving harassing phone calls. She was given the call number and told to contact the phone company after trapping the line with *57.
A caller at 10:36 a.m. Wednesday called to report that two people were ice skating on the pond across from 6 King Street and the caller felt it was unsafe. Dispatched officers spoke to the two parties and determined one was an adult and that the two were skating without incident.
Police received a walk-in visit at 4:55 p.m. Wednesday from a woman reporting her Discover card had been compromised on October 30, 2019 at the Sunoco gas station on Route One Northbound. Officers took down a report.
The station received a call at 4:10 p.m. Wednesday from a woman informing police about possible 94c activity involving her friend. Officers were dispatched to Prospect Street and made one arrest.
