Dustin Holmes, of 20 Peach St., was arrested on warrant charges of two counts of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, exhibiting another’s license, number plate violation, failure to wear a seat belt, motor vehicle operator refuses to identify self, larceny, Class A drug possession at 12:11 p.m. Thursday.
Keltron McFadden, of 24 Burchstead Place, was arrested on a warrant charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 2:06 p.m. Wednesday.

NAHANT
Well-being Check
A party at 5:48 a.m. Wednesday called to report a person sleeping inside their car, which had New York license plates, on Nahant Road. Officers spoke to the vehicle’s operator, who told police he got tired and pulled over to rest. The man was able to resume operation and head back to the friends he was staying with.
Animals
An unknown caller contacted the station at 9:11 a.m. Tuesday to report a loose dog in the area of the town dump. Officers were unable to locate the dog.
Complaints
Police received a call at 9:17 a.m. Tuesday from a man complaining vehicles were driving too fast past his residence on Little Nahant Road and demanded that police call the town administrator to put up more signs around town.
SAUGUS
Motor Vehicle Incidents
The station received a call at 9:48 p.m. Wednesday about a non-fatal two-car accident on Lincoln Avenue. The caller reported one of the vehicles was smoking. Dispatched officers reported one of the vehicles had sustained heavy damage and was towed from the scene. One party was transported by ambulance to Melrose Wakefield hospital.
A woman came into the station at 9:07 a.m. Wednesday to report her car was hit sometime between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. Jan. 4 while it was parked on the second floor of the mall parking garage on Broadway. The car sustained damage to the driver’s side door.
Hazards
Police received a call at 11:46 p.m. Wednesday about two shopping carts on the meridian strips in the roadway on Broadway, with one partially obstructing the roadway. The Department of Public Works was notified.
Suspicious Activity
A 911 caller at 10:11 p.m. Wednesday reported a suspicious black SUV that had been parked in front of her home on Morton Avenue for an hour. There were a male and female occupant inside talking and the caller feared for her safety. Dispatched officers reported nothing suspicious at the time.
Police received a call at 5:44 p.m. Wednesday from a man stating his neighbors weren’t home but their basement door was open and a light was on. He was concerned someone may have been in the basement. Officers were dispatched to the home on Herbert Avenue where they determined the back door was open. The homeowners could not be reached and law enforcement found no suspicious activity.
