Hector Chavez, 19, of 64 Murray St., was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and on warrant charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and unsecured/uncovered load at 8:17 p.m. Monday.
Kirk Crowley, 51, was arrested and charged with motor vehicle breaking and entering with theft at 11:35 p.m. Monday.
Toyuwa Davis, 20, of 119 Weatherly Drive, Salem, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at 12:45 a.m. Monday.
Marcos Deleon, 37, of 300 Chestnut St., was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 10:13 a.m. Tuesday.
Keron Franklin, 27, of 3 George St., was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to stop/yield at 10:21 a.m. Tuesday.
David Turner, 59, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor third offense, improper operation of a motor vehicle, failure to wear a seat belt and negligent operation of a motor vehicle at 1:27 a.m. Tuesday.

MARBLEHEAD
Complaints
A report of road rage at 4:19 p.m. Monday on Maverick Street. A man walked into the police station to report a black BMW with tinted windows had followed him all the way into Marblehead with the driver beeping the horn the entire time. The other car then reportedly passed him at a high rate of speed. Police reported the road rage happened in Salem.
NAHANT
Complaints
An unknown caller at 4:16 p.m. Sunday called to report suspicious activity in the Flash Road area.
Police received a call at 1:49 a.m. Saturday about a car that had been parked in a lot on Nahant Road for a while.
The station received a call 1:01 p.m. Friday about a motor vehicle stopping near driveways and acting suspiciously. Police stopped the vehicle on Sunset Road. The operator reported they were taking in the scenery.
A caller at 12:16 p.m. Wednesday called to report an elderly female banging on the window from the inside of her house and not responding to the caller’s questions asking if she needed help. Officers were dispatched to the home on Nahant Road where the woman was no longer banging on the window and did not respond to knocks on the door. Officers spoke with another party who said the behavior was not unusual.
PEABODY
Complaint
A caller asked for a well-being check on a male party stumbling on the train tracks near Stop & Shop Tuesday at 1:27 p.m. Police could not locate the person.
Medical Aid
A caller from Felton’s Crossing on Brooksby Village Drive reported a female was having trouble breathing Tuesday at 1:18 p.m.
Animal Control
A Marion Road caller reported her neighbor’s dog had been barking for more than five hours Tuesday at 12:29 p.m. The owner was mailed a citation warning and copy of the dog barking ordinance.
A Crane Brook Way resident complained that her upstairs neighbor had allowed their dog to use the bathroom on the balcony and that waste was seeping onto her patio Tuesday at 10:52 a.m. Police advised the caller to file a complaint with the building manager and to report the waste issue to the Health Department.
Accident
A motor vehicle accident with possible injury was reported at the Kelly Volkswagen storage lot on Andover Street. Officer will document.
SAUGUS
Arrest
Michelle Bleau, 28, of Leominster, was arrested on charges of drunkenness.
Accidents
At 11:10 p.m. Monday, police received a call about a two-car accident with entrapment on Water Street. Police responded to the scene.
Officers at 5:58 p.m. Monday report speaking with a female party who claimed to have been involved in a hit and run at the Square One Mall. Her vehicle had damage to one of its mirrors. She was given a number to call.
The station received multiple calls at 2:29 p.m. Monday about a non-fatal accident where the vehicle had hit a tree on Main Street. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
Complaints
Police received a call at 9:23 p.m. Monday from a party who believed he heard shots coming from the first floor of the Square One Mall parking garage. Officers spoke to people at the scene who reported it was cars speeding out of the lot.
Police received a report at 3:56 p.m. Monday from a caller saying he’d seen two white males enter the Walmart on Broadway with firearms on their hips. Dispatched officers spoke with the two men, who were Federal Officers.
Thefts
A caller at 8:41 p.m. Monday reported a package was taken off her porch on Blanchard Road. Officers advised her to file a claim with Amazon.
A caller at Carter’s on Broadway reported at 11:42 a.m. Monday that she’d seen a male in an orange hoodie, black pants and black sneakers steal items from the store and flee. Officers were dispatched for a report.
Well-being Check
The manager of Hooters on Broadway called the station at 6:33 p.m. Monday to report a female party who he felt may have been possibly impaired had come into his establishment more than two hours ago, stating she was waiting for a ride. Officers arrested the female party on charges of drunkenness.
