Oleg Larionov, 55, of 36 Nahant Place, was arrested and charged with violation of a harassment prevention order and witness/juror/police/court official intimidation at 10:01 a.m. Wednesday.
Nancy McNelley, 54, of 10 Stephens St., was arrested and charged with assault and battery to collect a loan at 12:14 p.m. Wednesday.
Lindsey Melanson, of 111 Stetson Ave., was arrested on a warrant charge of assault and battery at 12:18 p.m. Wednesday.
Warnis Morales, 31, of 413 Boston St., was arrested and charged with larceny from a building at 12:39 p.m. Wednesday.

Accidents
A caller reported a plow truck lightly struck a tree and then drove off at 7:48 a.m. Tuesday on Maple Street.
A caller reported he was T-boned by a postal Jeep when he was driving on Turner Road at 12:08 p.m. Tuesday. The caller said he was hit when his van began to slide down the hill.
Complaints
A caller reported a black sedan was parked in her backyard at 9:58 a.m. Tuesday on Stonybrook Road. She said she was concerned there was someone sleeping inside of it. The owner told police his car got stuck on the hill the previous night and that he would shovel it out and remove it.
SAUGUS
Complaints
A caller reported at 7:49 p.m. Tuesday that a male party dressed in black was standing on the side of the road near Chisholm’s Motel next to traffic. The caller said the man was possibly under the influence and she was concerned for his safety. Dispatched police were unable to locate the man.
Police received a call at 6:05 p.m. Tuesday about a woman with a golden retriever talking to herself and yelling in the parking lot of the Walgreens on Broadway. Officers were dispatched and spoke to the woman. Police determined she was just talking to her dog.
The station received a report at 3:10 Tuesday from a man who told police he had spilled gasoline in the Speedway lot on Broadway and was now in a verbal altercation with one of the workers. Officers who were dispatched determined that the affected area had been taped off and peace was restored.
A caller at 1:36 p.m. Tuesday reported a small diesel leak on Walden Pond Avenue. An engine was dispatched and determined the leak was from a truck and the owner was taking care of it.
Police received a report at 1:09 p.m. Tuesday from a woman who said her neighbor was harassing her. Both parties were spoken to and the offending party was advised not to interact with the caller.
Thefts
A man walked into the station at 3:40 p.m. Tuesday to report that someone had taken some cash, an LG tablet, and some work belongings from his unlocked vehicle the night before. Police are investigating.
