Jack Calascibetta, 42, of 41 Farwood Ave., North Andover, was arrested and charged with OUI drugs at 1:23 p.m. Tuesday.
Elidio Guzman, 46, of 62 Lawton Ave., was arrested and charged with Class A drug possession and on warrant charges of daytime breaking and entering for a felony and larceny from a building at 11:51 a.m. Tuesday.
Cornell Johnson was arrested on a warrant charge of Class E drug possession at 1:55 a.m. Tuesday.
Angel Mejia, 43, of 6 Essex Circle, was arrested and charged with violation of the city knife ordinance, trafficking more than 10 grams of fentanyl and drug possession with intent to distribute at 11:15 a.m. Tuesday.
Kimblia Woods, 42, of 119 Lewis St., was arrested and charged with violation of the city knife ordinance, disorderly conduct and carrying a dangerous weapon at 11:49 p.m. Monday.

Complaints
A truck reportedly hit a pole and took down a wire at 12:42 p.m. Monday at Lee and Hooper streets.
A caller reported there were about 12-15 kids skateboarding and biking in front of the building and near the bleachers at 5:28 p.m. Monday on Humphrey Street. Police reported there were four kids who were told to leave.
PEABODY
Arrest
Jensy Yoselin Mones Perez de Baez, 36, of 3 Marion St., Roslindale, was arrested at 1:41 Monday and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
Vandalism
A caller at 10:31 a.m. Monday reported that her car’s back window had been broken sometime overnight. Police were dispatched to Silverleaf Way to investigate.
Medical Emergency
Police received a call at 9:22 a.m. Monday that a woman on Forenza Road had a reaction to her new medication. The woman was transported to Beverly Hospital.
Police received a report at 9:20 a.m. Monday of a person having a seizure. The person was transported by ambulance to Beverly Hospital.
Complaints
Police received a report at 10:29 a.m. Monday of a man flying a drone near the water tower. Police were dispatched but found nothing.
Suspicious Activity
A woman called police at 1:14 a.m. Monday to report that someone had tried to enter her trailer on Newbury Street. She was transferred to the Danvers police.
SAUGUS
Complaints
Police received a call at 10:46 p.m. on Monday from a caller reporting that her upstairs neighbor had been playing music for hours and it was causing the building to vibrate. An officer was dispatched to an apartment complex on Newhall Avenue. The officer spoke to the upstairs resident, who agreed to turn his music down.
A resident walked into the station at 6:41 p.m. Monday to report a motor vehicle accident where the other party fled and did not exchange the proper paperwork. Police are investigating the incident.
At 7:46 p.m. Monday, police received a request from a caller at the Hamilton Street 7-Eleven asking for assistance as she terminated an employee who had been stealing from the store. The ex-employee was given a written trespass by the store owner.
Suspicious Activity
Police received a call at 3:46 p.m. Monday from a woman reporting that a man had been following her the previous day around Macy’s and had continued to follow her to her car, through several parking lots, and to her relative’s house in Lynnfield. Police are investigating.
Accidents
Police received a call at 1:18 p.m. Monday about a motor vehicle accident that resulted in injury. Police and an ambulance were dispatched to Square One Mall. The ambulance transported two people to Massachusetts General Hospital.
A caller reported at 9:18 a.m. Monday that his driver was involved in an accident and the other driver had fled the scene. The responding officer reported no damage to the vehicle.
