Cruz Jimenez, 22, homeless, was arrested on a warrant charging him with unlicensed operation and miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violations on Friday at 12:25 a.m.
Richie Cuevas, 32, 18 Elmwood St., was arrested and charged with firearm violations including use of a firearm in a felony and drug possession to distribute on Friday at 11:51 a.m.
Michelle Forgione, 34, was arrested on a warrant charging her with larceny under $1,200 and assault with a dangerous weapon on Thursday at 10:50 p.m.
Phyllis Greenholtz, 56, of Haverhill, was arrested on a warrant charging her with larceny under $1,200 on Friday at 4:05 a.m.
Nichole Guidry, 30, of 36 Flint St., Revere, was arrested and charged with sexual conduct for a fee on Friday at 6:10 a.m.
Lincoln McKenzie, 40, of 23 Chestnut St., was arrested and charged with possession to distribute drugs and conspiracy to violate drug laws on Thursday at 1:27 p.m.
Adam Miller, 31, of 50 Andrew St., was arrested and charged with drug possession and conspiracy to violate drug laws on Thursday at 1:18 p.m.
Larceny
Police responded to a report of a larceny at Atkins Avenue on Friday at 3:27 p.m.; a larceny reported at a Peach Street residence on Friday at 12:28 p.m. and a robbery reported at 81 Hawthorne St. on Friday at 1:48 a.m.
Accidents
Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident in front of St. Mary’s High School on Friday at 2:34 p.m.; an accident reported with injury on Hanson Street on Friday at 12:41 p.m. and an accident at Essex and Washington streets on Friday at 12:26 p.m.
Assault
Police received a report of an assault at 701 Western Ave. on Friday at 10:52 a.m.

Accidents
A caller reported a hit-and-run accident on Andover Street near the
North Shore Mall Thursday at 2:45 p.m. Officer will document the case.
An officer responding to a motor vehicle accident was involved in a cruiser accident on Lowell Street at Roosevelt Ave Friday at 12:14 p.m. Gaeta’s towed the cruiser to the city garage.
An officer leaving a detail reported he was in a motor vehicle accident Friday at 12:12 p.m. on Lake Street. The officer was transported to Beverly Hospital. The other operator was issued a citation and was transported to Mass General.
A woman reported a hit-and-run accident on Pocahontas Drive Thursday at 8:35 p.m. Officer investigated and documented the incident.
A Washington Street caller reported a car had crashed into a pole or house Thursday at 3:53 p.m.
Theft
A Crane Brook Way resident reported Thursday at 1:34 p.m. at the police station that a drone had been stolen out of his motor vehicle. Officer will investigate.
A caller at Zumiez on Andover Street reported Thursday at 6:56 p.m. a shoplifter had been detailed by mall security.
Complaints
A caller reported a suspicious motor vehicle on Worcester Road Thursday at 1:33 p.m. Police determined the operator was a home health aide having her lunch in between clients.
A Castle Circle caller reported two men in a black Ford SUV left a gas tank on the side of the road Friday at 1:13 p.m. Officer reports that the tank was empty.
A caller reported two suspicious motor vehicles on Lowell Street Friday at 10:43 a.m. Officer found all was in order.
Animal control
A Pinewood Road caller requested assistance with releasing a racoon from her porch Friday at 8:19 a.m. The animal could not be located.
A Foster Street resident reported that his landlord was trying to evict him without warning Thursday at 10:10 p.m. Officer advised the caller it was a civil matter and to go to court in the morning.
A caller reported Thursday at 9:24 p.m. that a black car was operating erratically on Russell Street near Big Y Plaza. Police could not locate the motor vehicle.
A caller reported heavy smoke near Northeast Nursery on Lowell Street Thursday at 5:46. Officers checked the area and determined the complaint was unfounded.
Medical aid
An Ashford Road caller reported a walker was having a panic attack Friday at 12:43 p.m. The patient was transported to Lahey Hospital.
A Stockton Road resident reported Friday at 11:08 a.m that he needed medical attention following a fall the night before. The person was transported to Lahey Hospital.
A Kirkland Road resident reported a person had fallen Friday at 5:56 a.m.
SAUGUS
Complaints
Police received a call at 7:39 p.m. Thursday from a woman reporting that three shoplifting suspects from a different store were now in her store, Dick’s Sporting Goods on Broadway. Officers were dispatched but unable to identify or locate any suspects.
A caller reported an erratic vehicle operator in a white Ford Explorer at 8:04 p.m. Thursday. Officers stopped the vehicle at Walnut St. and Pond St. and determined the driver was not impaired, but was using his tablet while driving.
Thefts
A caller at 3:41 p.m. on Thursday reported a past shoplifting incident at Ocean State Job Lot on Broadway that was valued over $100. Officers were dispatched for more information.
Injuries
Police received a call at 12:40 p.m. Thursday reporting a fight between two males that produced injuries. Police were dispatched to the Salvation Army on Broadway and at least one of the parties was transported to MelroseWakefield Hospital.
