LYNN

Arrests 

Mary Fleury, 40, of 99 N Common St., was arrested and charged with two counts of OUI liquor, two counts of alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of property damage at 4:30 p.m. Monday. 

Tracie Gomez, 51, of 106 Webster St., Malden, was arrested and charged with sexual conduct for a fee at 5:48 a.m. Tuesday. 

Wilson Lucindo, 43, of 28 Nottingham Court, was arrested and charged with stalking, unlawful wiretapping and threat to commit a crime at 1:54 p.m. Monday. 

Marie Sanfilippo, 72, of 39 Cherry St., was arrested and charged with larceny from a building at 1:51 p.m. Monday. 

Accidents 

A report of a police motor vehicle crash at 1:40 p.m. Monday at 25 Boston St. 

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 2:25 p.m. Monday on Commercial Street; at 6:30 p.m. Monday at 55 Western Ave.; at 6:31 p.m. Monday at 3 Lynnfield St.; at 6:45 a.m. Tuesday at 265 Lynnfield St. 

A report of a motor vehicle crash with personal injury at 10:52 p.m. Monday at Belden Bly Bridge on Western Avenue; at 11:32 p.m. Monday at 460 Western Ave.

Assaults 

A report of an assault and battery at 7:53 p.m. Monday on Chestnut Street; at 10:17 p.m. Monday on Washington Street. 

Breaking and Entering 

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 2:21 p.m. Monday at 20 Huss Court. 

Theft 

A report of a larceny at 1:41 p.m. Monday at Walmart at 780 Lynnway; at 2:54 p.m. Monday at 73 Exchange St.; at 3:35 p.m. Monday at YMCA at 20 Neptune Blvd.; at 3:59 p.m. Monday at 382 Western Ave.

Complaints

A report of a burglary alarm at 300 Market St. Tuesday at 6:29 a.m. All appeared in order.

Medical Aid

A Center Village caller reported a person in need of medical attention Monday at 8:23 a.m. The patient was transported to Lahey Clinic in Burlington.

A Mirabeau Lane caller reported a person in need of medical attention Monday at 9 a.m.  The person was transported to Salem Hospital.

A King Rail Drive caller reported a person in need of medical attention Monday at 10:13 a.m. The patient was transported to Salem Hospital.

A Bluejay Road caller reported a person in need of medical attention Monday at 3:45 p.m. The patient was transported to Melrose-Wakefield Hospital.

A Mirabeau Lane caller reported a person in need of medical attention Monday at 6:21 p.m. The patient was removed and transported to a hospital.

MARBLEHEAD 

Arrest 

Amberly Ashton Jones, 26, of 1406 Henry St., Apt. 0, Berkeley, Calif., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and assault and battery on a police officer at 9:51 p.m. Monday. 

Accidents 

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 11:12 a.m. Monday at West Shore Drive and Turner Road.

Complaints 

A report of threats at 9:26 a.m. Monday on Farrell Court. A caller reported coming out of the charter school to find four to five notes on his vehicle from someone threatening his life.

A report of a young person walking alone at 5:15 p.m. Monday on Ocean Avenue. A caller was concerned because a kid who appeared to be about 8 years old was walking along across the Causeway. An officer reported the kid was 12 years old and didn’t need any assistance.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 174 Andover St. and 2 Cross St. Monday at 4:41 p.m.; at Route 128 North at 6:04 p.m.; at 137 Lowell St. and 91 Endicott St. at 8:59 p.m.; at 102 Tremont St. Tuesday at 8:59 a.m.; at 200 Jubilee Drive at 8:59 a.m.; at 286 Washington St. at 9:19 a.m.; at 184 Lowell St. at 12:04 p.m.; at 2143 Crane Brook Way at 2:17 p.m.; at 101 Main St. at 2:52 p.m.

Complaints

A Fairview Avenue caller reported harassing phone calls Monday at 4:57 p.m.

A report of a suspicious motor vehicle on Foster Street Monday at 6:26 p.m.

A report of a disturbance at 107 Foster St. Monday at 11:21 p.m.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 21 Herrick Road Monday at 5:06 p.m.

SAUGUS

Pedestrian Incidents

At 5:37 p.m. Monday, an officer reported speaking to a pedestrian who reported she had been struck while walking on the N/W ramp by a dark-colored sedan that continued south on Route 1. No updates at this time. 

Accidents

At 3:41 p.m. Monday, police received a call that a car had crashed into a pole and had its airbags deployed. Officers and an ambulance were dispatched and National Grid was notified about the pole. A person at the scene refused medical attention. 

Complaints

A woman called at 10:48 a.m. Monday to report that she received an alert her back door was open. Officers were dispatched and closed the back door. The home appeared secure.

A woman and her son walked into the station to report her wallet missing at 10:08 a.m. Monday. She left her information in case the wallet is found.  

A caller at 9:19 a.m. Monday reported an irate guest in the lobby of the Holiday Inn Express. Officers were dispatched. The offending party was gone when they arrived.
