Medical aid
A possible diabetic medical emergency on Main Street was reported Friday at 2:38 a.m. at a traffic stop. Patient was transported to Melrose-Wakefield Hospital.
A caller reported a medical emergency at a Walnut Street residence Thursday at 5:46 p.m. Patient was transported to Melrose-Wakefield Hospital.

A caller reported a suspicious motor vehicle at Heritage Woods Condominium on Lynnfield Street Thursday at 11:22 p.m.
A Locksley Road resident reported a suspicious motor vehicle Thursday at 7:47 p.m. The caller said two male occupants of a gold Honda Accord appeared to be looking at houses that are dark. Police searched the area by could not locate a motor vehicle matching the description.
A caller reported an attempted breaking and entering at a Durham Drive residence Thursday at 7:21 p.m. Officers found nothing on arrival.
MARBLEHEAD
Complaint
Police received a call at 7:05 p.m. Thursday from a resident saying she had received a call from an oxygen company telling her they were having trouble reaching one of their customers to accept their delivery and she was listed as a second contact. Caller was concerned resident may be deceased. Police were dispatched but informed by oxygen company prior to arrival that tenant had been reached.
On Thursday, police received a call from a man who wanted them to call his phone because he didn’t believe it to be working properly. Police told him it seemed to be working fine since he called them. The man was advised to contact the phone company.
Disturbance
At 4:21 p.m. on Thursday, a caller reported three young adults on the corner of Brooke Rd. who were causing a disturbance. One appeared to be intoxicated, and the group had taken a basketball hoop from the sidewalk and placed it in the street.
PEABODY
Arrest
Eduardo M. Vidinha, 62, of 2 Union Street was arrested on Friday at 12:14 p.m. at Peabody District Court following a verbal argument and an alleged domestic assault and battery in progress on charges of intimidating a witness, juror and police court official.
Medical aid
A caller reported a medical emergency Friday at 12:23 p.m. from a head injury after a fall at a Laurine Road residence. Patient was transported to Salem Hospital.
A caller reported a female was having difficulty breathing at a Margin Terrace residence Friday at 7:55 a.m. The woman was transported to Salem Hospital.
Accident
Police responded to a report of a two-car motor vehicle accident at the Arboretum Condominium Friday at 6:48 a.m. One vehicle was towed.
Complaints
A caller reported Friday at 2:12 a.m. suspicious activity by two men at the TDBank ATM machine on Main Street. Police sent the parties on their way.
A caller in the parking lot of the Lowell Street Big Y supermarket reported she was in a road-rage incident with a white Jeep Wrangler parked in front of the TDBank. The caller said the operator had two young children in his car, got out of his car and banged on her windows. The vehicle could not be located.
A Hamilton Road resident reported Thursday at 9:11 p.m. that her daughter had received a threatening text message. The caller said a parent of a daughter’s classmate forwarded him a text message that stated Peabody High is loaded with bombs and do not go to school tomorrow. Police investigated.
Theft
Two juveniles were apprehended by mall security Thursday at 4:56 p.m for shoplifting $150-200 in merchandise from Newbury Comics, H&M and Spencers. Officers transported the juveniles to the police station for pickup by their parents. A criminal complaint and summons will be issued.
SAUGUS
Arrest
John Cappadona, 43, of 153 Waverly Ave., Melrose, was arrested on warrant charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and destruction of property at 8:41 on Thursday.
Complaints
A call at 1:21 a.m. on Friday reported seeing two suspicious males wearing hoodies and looking into homes on Johnson St. and Vincent St. Responding officer reported seeing a male in a gray hooded sweatshirt running from the area. Subsequent searches revealed nothing.
Multiple reports of callers hearing gunshots in the area of Walden Pond Ave. around 5:35 p.m. Thursday. A resident reported to responding officers of seeing firework sparks. A thorough check of the area revealed nothing.
Breaking and entering
A caller reported a break-in at his home on Adelaide Ave. at 1:39 p.m. on Thursday, and said he was unsure of when it had occurred. Police responded to the scene and confirmed the break.
