A caller at Lahey Health at MarketStreet requested medical aid Tuesday at 8:18 p.m. The patient was transported to Lahey Clinic in Peabody.
A Grey Lane caller reported a person had a nosebleed and needed medical attention. The person refused aid.

A caller reported a minor motor vehicle crash on Atlantic Avenue at 11:36 a.m. on Tuesday.
Complaints
A caller reported at 8:06 a.m. on Tuesday that a broken down garbage truck on Turner Road and Green Street was interfering with the school drop off. Responding officers reported the rear wheels fell off the truck. They called a tow.
A walk-in reported at 11:55 a.m. on Tuesday that she got a call stating her Social Security number was being used in another state.
A caller reported at 2:04 p.m. on Tuesday that a loud horn was going off near Naugus Avenue for an hour and she couldn’t pinpoint where it was coming from. Responding officers reported the horn was coming from a boat in someone’s driveway. They turned it off.
A caller reported at 2:37 p.m. on Tuesday that he received a voicemail from a man named Joseph Grant who stated the caller’s Social Security benefits were going to be suspended. When he asked them for a callback number, they accused him of trafficking cocaine.
A caller reported at 9:35 p.m. on Tuesday that she heard a noise and she thought someone was in her Pond Street basement. Responding officers reported all was clear.
A caller reported at 10:11 p.m. on Tuesday that there were two groups of people fighting on Washington Street. They counted at least eight people, mostly women, fighting outside the bar. Responding officers reported the primary aggressor was a heavyset white female in her 20s who was fighting with the staff. Both parties were verbally no trespassed from the restaurant and left the area.

A Main Street caller reported a truck involved in a motor vehicle accident Wednesday at 1:57 p.m. and was heading into Salem. Salem police were notified. The vehicle could not be located.
A caller reported a minor motor vehicle accident at 245 Lynnfield and First Way Wednesday at 9:03 a.m. There were no injuries so further assistance was not required.
A detail officer reported a two-car motor vehicle accident at Andover Street and Route 128 South Wednesday at 8:54 a.m. There were no injuries and one vehicle was towed from the scene by Arlington Towing.
Medical aid
A caller from Harvard Vanguard Medical on Essex Center Drive reported a person who may be having a stroke Wednesday at 1:39 p.m. The person was transported to Beverly Hospital by Atlantic Ambulance.
A caller reported that an elderly woman had fallen in the YMCA parking lot and had hit her head Wednesday at 9:16 a.m. The woman was transported to Lahey North in Peabody by Atlantic Ambulance.
A Clement Avenue caller reported that her daughter had stomach pains Wednesday at 8:26 a.m. The female was transported to Salem Hospital.

A Newcastle Road caller reported low-hanging wires Wednesday at 12:12 p.m. Police determined it was a cable wire and that a neighbor had already reported the problem to Comcast.
A caller reported a disturbance at Sylvan Street Grille on Sylvan Street Tuesday at 9:56 p.m. A customer was refusing to leave and becoming confrontation. The officer could not locate the person.
