Andre Banks, 26, of 77 Chestnut St., was arrested and charged with number plate violation and operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 6:19 p.m. Wednesday.
Khadijra Boyd, 28, of 34 Williams Ave., was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, marked lanes violation, failure to stop/yield, special speeding violation, number plate violation to conceal ID, leaving the scene of property damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, uninsured motor vehicle/trailer, and unregistered motor vehicle at 4:38 a.m. Thursday.
Ari Jenkins, 40, of 33 Eastern Ave., was arrested and charged with Class B drug distribution at 12:42 p.m. Thursday.
Annexis Leon, 23, of 274 Chestnut St., was arrested and charged with two counts of drug possession with intent to distribute and trafficking more than 10 grams of fentanyl at 6:19 a.m. Thursday.
Juan Potter, 29, of 34 Williams Ave., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, assault and battery on a police officer, carrying a firearm without a license, defacement of a firearm serial number, firearm violation with one prior violent/drug crime, possession of a firearm without a firearm identification card, failure to wear a seat belt and interfering with a police officer at 8:18 a.m. Thursday.

Complaints
A caller reported at 9:40 a.m. on Wednesday that he was upset because his Orchard Street neighbor’s landscape company “hopped” his fence into his yard to work his neighbor’s yard. He stated he yelled loudly at them to get out of his yard. Responding officers advised the resident how a No Trespass works.
A caller reported at 11:15 a.m. on Wednesday that she was in the laundry room of her Powder House Court complex when two elderly residents began harassing her. She stated they told her she could not speak Spanish in the area and stated they were going to punch her in the face.
An officer received reports from several women pushing baby carriages on Front Street that there were many illegally parked cars along the road at 11:57 a.m. on Wednesday.
A walk-in reported at 3:13 p.m. on Wednesday that her car was vandalized on Lee Street.
A walk-in reported at 3:35 p.m. on Wednesday that a female previously shoplifted from his Pleasant Street store and he didn’t press charges. He stated she came back and stole again and now wants to press charges.
A walk-in reported at 4:08 p.m. on Wednesday that she was scammed by “Microsoft” after sending them $4,000 worth of gift cards. She stated she tried contacting her bank to cancel the transaction.
PEABODY
Complaints
An employee at a Newbury Street place of business reported there were two people in the parking lot smoking marijuana inside a motor vehicle Thursday at 2:31 p.m. Police were unable to locate the vehicle upon arrival.
Accidents
A motor vehicle accident on Lowell Street at Lake Street was reported on Thursday at 11:12 a.m. Officer assisted the operators in exchanging their information. There were no personal injuries.
Burglary
A Salem Street resident called to report a burglary of his motor vehicle and storage unit at 2:35 p.m. on Thursday. Resident said his registration and a house key were missing.
Larceny
A Garden Road resident reported the theft of a package that was delivered. He made the report in person at the police station on Thursday at 11:47 a.m.
