Caller reports people in the apartment above him at Lynnfield Commons at 375 North Broadway, Apt. 215 are throwing furniture off the balcony and yelling on Saturday at 1:21 a.m. Officer reports a small gathering was out on the balcony when a small piece of furniture fell off. Group was advised to end for the night.

Disturbance reported on Monday at 12:24 a.m. at 607 Salem St. Father called for his daughter having an argument over the phone with her boyfriend who lives in another community. When officers arrived on scene all was in order, the party was uncooperative and speaking with the boyfriend over the phone while inside her car. Officer reports all is OK.

A Hereford Road caller reported at 12:52 p.m. Sunday his mother was recently in an accident and was receiving threatening calls from two different people. Police reported the incident was over an accident that occurred in Brighton.
A Tidewinds Terrace resident reported at 5:42 a.m. Monday her next door neighbor started his boat and her house seemed to be shaking from the noise and the fumes were bad. Upon police arrival, the boat was no longer running.

Steven D. Pickren, 27, of 10B Hardy St., was arrested on Friday at 10:52 p.m. at 11 Main St. for disorderly conduct following a report about an intoxicated man on a skateboard.

Two-car crash reported at In The Cut at 5 Andover St. on Friday at 3:52 p.m. Officer assisted with paperwork exchange.
Complaints
Caller reported his wife was followed home following a road rage incident on Friday at 4:38 p.m. on Silverleaf Way by a vehicle that may have Rhode Island plates. Vehicle left the property 15 minutes prior to the police call. No further information available.
Caller from 48 Glen Drive reported a solicitor alleging to be from Comcast came to the door and requested entry to swap out the cable box on Friday at 5:16 p.m. Reporting party said he was given a business card that looked illegitimate and is concerned. Officer could not locate anyone fitting that description.
Sargent reports a Neuco bobcat parked in an unsafe manner on the corner of Sawyer at Lowell streets on Friday at 5:23 p.m. Officer was unable to find a working phone number to notify the company.
Northshore Mall security at 210 Andover St. reported fight in food court on Friday at 6:08 p.m. Officer followed up at McDonald’s Restaurant and the disturbance is over, no police action required.
Caller reports a large number of scooters racing down Tremont Street on Friday at 8:57 p.m. Officer observed operation of a group, all were operating safely.
Report from Homewood Suites about mopeds in Sonic parking lot doing burnouts and causing a loud disturbance on Friday at 10:14 p.m. Officer reports all small mopeds with adults on them have been dispersed.
