Damon A. Weinberg, 44, of 3 Kingdom Terrace and 44 Woodlawn St., Lynn was arrested following a motor vehicle stop at 56 Lynn St. on Thursday at 8:41 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle after suspension and possession of a Class E drug. Vehicle released to a licensed operator.

Joshua J. Gilbert, 47, of 900 Brookside Drive, Apt. G, Andover was summoned on on Wednesday at 7:29 p.m. and charged with breaking and entering a vehicle for felony larceny under $1,200 following a report of a past breaking and entering to motor vehicle that occurred Tuesday night at Bertucci’s Pizza at 15 Newbury St. Suspect and his wife dropped off some of missing belongings, victim was notified. Officer sought summons against him.

Past hit and run crash reported at the Lahey Medical Center at 1 Essex Center Drive on Wednesday at 10:23 p.m. Victim vehicle is a Toyota RAV 4 Massachusetts license plate 3PG432 waiting at Lahey Emergency Room entrance. Officer reports small scuff on the right rear fender and owner will take care of it himself.
Caller reports a motor vehicle crash on Thursday at 2:18 p.m. at Peabody Veterans Memorial High School at 485 Lowell St. Officer reports no injuries or tows needed. Officer will document.

Holiday Inn at 1 Newbury St. reported two small bags of drugs were found in room 428. He picked them off the nightstand without gloves on Wednesday at 2:40 p.m. Officer reports the drugs were removed without incident.
Report of a man riding a bicycle down the middle of Andover Street on Wednesday at 3:38 p.m. Officer unable to locate the person.
Stop sign reported down at 30 Chestnut and 13 Franklin streets on Wednesday at 5:32 p.m. The Department of Public Works contacted.
Biohazard reported at Stop & Shop at 19 Howley St.on Wednesday at 6:44 p.m. Employee reports someone stuck a dirty needle into a pumpkin in front of the store. Officer reports needle removed.
Report of a possible drunk person in the parking lot at 1100 Salem St. on Wednesday at 7:20 p.m. Officer checked the area and was unable to locate the person, they went inside the apartment complex and the officer did not know which unit they lived.
Report of vehicle parked illegally on Fountain Street on Wednesday at 7:37 p.m. The no parking signs were put up in case of an emergency. Officer issued one parking ticket. Resident of 12 Samoset Road reported a suspicious gray vehicle, occupied by several teenagers in the driveway of a vacant house on Wednesday at 10:11 p.m. Officers checked the area but the vehicle was gone upon arrival.

Report of a woman making lots of noise at 116 Foster St. on Thursday at 12:02 a.m. Officer reports this is a neighborhood issue and the caller was advised to contact the landlord.
Resident of 8 Summer St. requested a check of his property due to his daughter seeing an unknown party run from the backyard on Thursday at 6:48 a.m. Officer checked the backyard and the residence and found nothing out of place and all is secure. Officers checked the surrounding area but found nothing.
