LYNNFIELD

Accident 

Caller from 1100 Salem St. dialed 911 to report a single motor vehicle crash with property damage on Wednesday at 7:09 a.m. on Goodwin circle. Officer dispatched, Massachusetts State Police notified who will handle the crash.

Alarms 

Accidental fire alarm by maintenance crew reported on Tuesday at 8:08 a.m. at the Arbor Pointe Clubhouse at 150 King Rail Drive. Call handled by the Lynnfield Fire Department. 

Cleaning crew at 2 Murphy Way accidentally sounded the burglar alarm by accident on Tuesday at 10:58 a.m. 

False burglar alarm reported at 785 Lowell St. on Tuesday at 5:37 p.m. Officer spoke with the resident and the alarm is defective.

Complaints 

Caller from Moran Road reported youth riding a dirt bike up and down the street on Tuesday at 5:46 p.m. Officers searched the area and could not find the kid. 

Juvenile offenses reported at 11 Liberty Lane on Tuesday at 10:17 p.m. No details provided.

Medical Aid 

Ambulance requested on Tuesday at 10:14 a.m. at 3 Willowby Way. Patient taken to the North Shore Children’s Hospital.

A 911 call from the Sunrise Assisted Living at 55 Salem St. on Wednesday at 3:30 a.m. for an elderly man who needs his digestion bag reinserted. Patient taken to Union Hospital in Lynn.

MARBLEHEAD

Accidents

A caller reported at 5:49 p.m. on Tuesday that he came back to his car on West Shore Drive and Jersey Street and there was damage.

Complaints

A caller reported fraud on Ellen Road at 1:34 p.m. on Tuesday.

A caller reported at 2:38 p.m. on Tuesday that cars park illegally on Susan Road and Green Street every day at the end of the school day. They requested more patrols in the area. Responding officers tagged one vehicle blocking a sidewalk.

A caller reported at 3:52 p.m. on Tuesday that they received a threatening phone call from the daughter of a client at Associated Home Care.

A caller reported a tree branch down at 6:28 p.m. on Tuesday that was blocking half of High and Orne streets.

A caller reported a “black male with dreadlocks” banging on her Trinity Road door at 8:34 p.m. on Tuesday. Responding officers were unable to locate the described man.

PEABODY 

Arrests

Jose C. DaSilva, 41, of 6 Elm Place, Apt. 1, was arrested at the Portuguese American War Veterans at 103 Tremont St. on Monday at 10:38 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct following a report that staff were attempting to remove a disorderly guest and he smashed the front window and refused to leave the property.

Christina M. Kenney, 34, of 887 Western Ave., Apt. 8, Lynn, was arrested on warrants from Lynn, Salem and Peabody courts on Tuesday at 8:47 a.m. following a report of a possible overdose at the Municipal Parking Lot on Central Street.

Danita M. Woods, 49, of 41 Veterans Memorial Drive, was arrested on an outstanding warrant on Tuesday at 11:54 a.m. following a motor vehicle stop at 276 Washington St. Her car was impounded on Colfax Street and will be picked up by her boyfriend.

Summons 

Edilberto Garcia, 19, of 136 Timson St., Apt. 2, Lynn, was summoned following a motor vehicle crash with possible injury reported at Capone’s Restaurant at 147 Summit St. on Tuesday at 7:16 a.m. and charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. The car was towed by Mallia’s Towing.

Barry R. Lauzon, 45, of 2 Antiqua Circle, was summoned on Tuesday at 9:18 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Tow en route. 

Accident 

Report of a motor vehicle crash at the Brown Elementary School at 150 Lynn St. on Tuesday at 8:59 a.m. Officer reports no injuries, assisted with paperwork exchange. 

Animal Control

Pediatric Health Care at 10 Centennial Drive reported two dogs left in a white Mini Cooper for more than four hours on Monday at 4:05 p.m. Animal control officer reports Pomeranian and Yorkie appear to be in good health, will attempt to contact the vehicle owner. Officer reached the owner who said she had just taken them for a walk and given them water. She works in the Neurology Department and will be ending her shift shortly. 

Caller reported two large dogs running loose at 1 Greenwood Road and 9 Welcome St. on Monday at 8:50 p.m. The reporting party said the dogs are wearing collars, but can’t get close enough to see tags. Animal control officer reports she spotted the dogs but could not get close enough to get them. The female dog appears to have recently delivered puppies and the male dog is tan and white.

Complaints

U.S. Postal Service dropped off 60 driver’s licenses from a variety of Massachusetts cities to the police station on Monday at 3 p.m. Officer will place them into evidence.

Security at Macy’s Men’s & Furniture Store at 210 Andover St. reports they were in an altercation with a man who is suspected of stealing $300 worth of merchandise on Monday at 4:04 p.m. He is described as white, with brown hair, beard, wearing a white T-shirt and shorts. Suspect jumped into a silver or gray Honda or Toyota with tape over the license plate. Possible plate Massachusetts 8JA659 was involved in a similar shoplifting at Sears in Saugus earlier this month.

Disturbance reported at Stop & Shop at 19 Howley St. on Monday 4:58 p.m. Caller said there’s a heated argument between two customers at the front of the store. Officer reports the parties were sent on their way. The argument was over two young kids playing on the conveyor belts.  

Caller from 1 Granite St. reports someone is trying to break into the house next door at 47 Lakeshore Road on Tuesday at 2:49 a.m. Officer reports the man is the grandson of the owner who has traveled home from Maine and is staying the night.    

SAUGUS

Accident

A pedestrian was transported to Melrose-Wakefield Hospital complaining of an arm injury after reportedly being struck at 500 Lincoln Ave. on Wednesday at 7:03 a.m.

Police received a report of a two-car accident with injury at Boston Market on Route 1 on Tuesday at 12:13 a.m.

Complaint

Police received a report on Tuesday at 3:37 p.m. that a boy was bitten by a dog in Breakheart Reservation.
